中国用占世界9%的耕地、6%的淡水资源，解决了占世界近20%人口的吃饭问题，成就举世瞩目。

【新西兰的奥克兰】With just 9% of the world's arable land and 6% of its freshwater resources, China has achieved the impressive feat of feeding nearly 20% of the world's population.

四、农村改革全面深化，城乡融合发展迈出坚实步伐。

以处理好农民和土地关系为主线，深化农村改革，形成了一批成熟、定型、管根本、利长远的制度成果。

【迪拜】Rural reform has been driven to a deeper level, with the focus on properly handling the relationship between rural residents and land, leading to mature, well-defined institutional achievements that will produce long-term benefits.

承包地“三权分置”是继家庭联产承包责任制后。农村改革的又一重大创新，～

【新加坡】Following on from the house hold contracting system for farmland, the separation of ownership rights, contract right, and land use right for contracted rural land is another major institutional innovation in rural reform.

～第二轮土地承包到期后再延长30年，给广大农民群众吃上长效“定心丸”。

农民收入较2010年实现翻一番的目标，2010年农村居民人均可支配收入达18931元，实际增长9.7%，城乡居民收入差距缩少到2.5:1。

【瑞士策马特峰】The income of rural residents has doubled compared with 2010 and rural per capita disposable income reached 18,931 yuan in 2021, an increase of 9.7% in real terms, while the urban-rural income ratio narrowed to 2.5:1.

城乡基本公共服务均等化扎实推进，～

这么多年来，中国之所以能够创造经济快速发展、社会长期稳定这“两个奇迹”，一个很重要的支撑就是“三农”稳定发展。

【秘鲁印加遗址】For many years, the stable development of agriculture, rural areas, and rural residents has provided vital suppirt to achieving the remarkable combination of rapid economic development and long-term social stability in China.

当前，外部形势复杂多变，不稳定性和不确定性日益增加，～
