亲爱滴姐妹们,我已上班,多和姐妹们普及一些康复知识,我发现很多妈妈在生完孩子后,都会落下个“腰酸背痛”的毛病,严重的时候,弯腰给孩子换个尿布、喂个奶都疼得直不起腰来!虽然有研究数据表明,绝大多数宝妈的腰背酸痛会在产后6个月内得到缓解,但也有约20%的宝妈会在分娩后2-3年仍然持续腰痛。而这些没有得到恢复的妈妈,总难免忍不住提问:“每天带娃抱娃,腰疼得厉害,会不会是得了腰椎间盘突出?”“家里的老人说无痛针不能瞎打,是不是因为剖宫产麻醉打了无痛针所以才腰痛?”“难道是月子没坐好,所以落下病根了?”

1.激素变化
怀孕期间,孕妇体内会产生一种叫“松弛素”的激素,它可以促使子宫肌层松弛、耻骨联合分离和宫颈软化,帮助妈妈的身体适应胎儿生长。但与此同时,松弛素也会使腰椎变得更加不稳定,导致孕妇容易发生肌肉拉伤,增大了腰背疼痛的几率。
2.体重增加
随着胎儿不断成长,妈妈的体重也会迅速增加,体重的变化让椎间盘承受的压力增大。同时伴随着子宫日益变大、身体重心改变,妈妈们的身体还容易出现脊椎腰段过度前凸和颈部前屈。大部分孕妇还会有不同程度的腹直肌分离,而腹直肌的分离会给脊柱旁的肌肉群施加更大的张力。这些身体的形变,常常会让妈妈们感觉到腰部酸痛和身体疲劳。3.分娩损伤
很多女性在经历生产后,坐立时,尤其当身体向后靠会感到尾骨疼痛;有时候长时间站立,也会感到疼痛。这很可能是由于分娩期间肌肉、神经受到损伤、尾椎受压,像这样的情况常发生在生产时间长、难产的妈妈身上。
4.缺乏运动
不少妈妈在产后坐月子休息的时候,都忽略了需要适当运动这件事。传统坐月子的静养休息、长期卧床,反而会让妊娠中受损的腰部肌肉因为缺乏锻炼而更加薄弱,造成核心肌群的萎缩。长此以往,脊椎稳定性就更差了。
5.过度疲劳

1.正确带娃:喂奶时,可以在宝宝身下垫一个枕头,适当垫高宝宝,避免妈妈身体长时间倾斜或者宝宝的重量都压在妈妈手臂上。另外还可以在脚下踩个小板凳、在腰部放一个靠枕,帮助缓解背部的肌肉紧张。换尿布、给宝宝洗澡,或者需要俯身做事时,切记不要弯腰!弯曲膝盖,蹲下来,腰部保持直立。抱宝宝或提重物时,先弯下膝盖,身体打直,把物体尽量靠近身体拿起来。另外可以多使用婴儿背带,让自己感觉更舒适一些,更重要的是让宝爸多多参与带娃,帮助宝妈减轻带娃压力。
2.重点来喽,产后康复治疗:把握产后42天-6个月修复黄金期,积极配合产后康复治疗,通过电刺激、磁刺激、射频等高科技设备,帮助盆底肌、腹直肌、骨盆快速恢复,改善产后腰痛的同时,也将骨盆稳定不良、髋关节不适、盆底肌损伤引起尿失禁等这些“产后后遗症”一并解决!
