阿卜杜许库尔校长给出了自己的建议:一是幼小衔接工作不能浅尝辄止,重点的研究对象应该是学生和老师。二是幼小衔接工作的着力的点和面很多,要把握要切入点。三是需要教师尽可能地尊重每一位学生,用全身心的力量去爱每一个学生,爱教育。
