一、优秀的家庭教育要怎样做?
1.凡事多和孩子“商量”。

都说“好妈妈胜过好老师!”那好妈妈的标准是什么?其实,好妈妈就是三个字。
第一个字是“静”。
很多妈妈眼尖,一眼就能看出孩子三个问题,而且立马指出还反复强化,甚至当着很多人的面说我孩子就是什么什么不好。
当妈妈看到自己孩子的优点和缺点的时候不要慌乱,为什么?
因为孩子需要妈妈用良好的情绪去孕育和保护,只有妈妈看到孩子的优点和缺点都不露声色的时候,才能赋予孩子内心的成长动力。
妈妈情绪不稳,整个家庭就跟着翻腾,孩子是活在妈妈这条船里的,一点点动静都会影响到孩子,破坏孩子的内稳态,孩子单单平息自己的内心紧张情绪就要消耗很多心理能量,还能留下多少心理能量用于学习用于自我成长呢?
第二个字是“弱”。
妈妈在孩子面前要学会示“弱”。强势妈妈的孩子很难自信,孩子的自信会在你这种状态里面一点点的削弱。能够在孩子面前示弱的妈妈,孩子的内心必然自信而坚强。
学会在孩子面前示弱,就是实现对孩子的托举,处处占孩子上风的妈妈,孩子只有站下风,最后甘愿站下风,没有一点竞争性,也没有一点动力,极端的会追求叛逆性、破坏性来完成自我的畸形成长。
第三个字是“慈”。
一个妈妈真正的力量,是她的慈祥,是温柔,温馨,温和。

一、优秀的家庭教育要怎样做?
1.凡事多和孩子“商量”。
对于越来越大的孩子,家长朋友们普遍存在一种困惑:孩子为什么越来越难以沟通。究其原因,主要是两者的外部压力都在渐渐变大,孩子面临的是渐行渐难的学习压力,家长面临的是渐行渐重的事业压力和生活负担,压力大了就极易焦虑和烦躁,这就更需要加强沟通。
优秀的父母在这方面大都做得很好,他们良好的沟通来源于自觉地遵循了以下这三条原则:
倾听:就是让孩子把话说出来,并且听懂孩子话里的真实意思。
理解:就是站在孩子的角度想想是不是有道理,结果往往是有道理的。
建议:就是有道理,可孩子并不一定就能采取正确的行动,因此父母这里应该给予建议。
在这三个步骤中,倾听是父母们做得最差的。
每一个孩子都是伴随着问题成长的,每一个父母也都是伴随着问题成长的,不碰到问题的孩子是找不到的,不碰到问题的父母也是找不到的,关键是要像那些优秀的父母们那样能够静下心来找到解决问题的办法。

优秀的孩子多是优质教育的结果,问题孩子多是问题家庭的产物。孩子的问题大多不是孩子自身造成的,而是父母问题的折射,父母常常是孩子问题的最大制造者,同时也是孩子改正错误与缺点的最大障碍。
所以,当务之急不是教育孩子,而是教育父母,没有父母的改变就没有孩子的改变。

都说“好妈妈胜过好老师!”那好妈妈的标准是什么?其实,好妈妈就是三个字。
第一个字是“静”。
很多妈妈眼尖,一眼就能看出孩子三个问题,而且立马指出还反复强化,甚至当着很多人的面说我孩子就是什么什么不好。
当妈妈看到自己孩子的优点和缺点的时候不要慌乱,为什么?
因为孩子需要妈妈用良好的情绪去孕育和保护,只有妈妈看到孩子的优点和缺点都不露声色的时候,才能赋予孩子内心的成长动力。
妈妈情绪不稳,整个家庭就跟着翻腾,孩子是活在妈妈这条船里的,一点点动静都会影响到孩子,破坏孩子的内稳态,孩子单单平息自己的内心紧张情绪就要消耗很多心理能量,还能留下多少心理能量用于学习用于自我成长呢?
第二个字是“弱”。
妈妈在孩子面前要学会示“弱”。强势妈妈的孩子很难自信,孩子的自信会在你这种状态里面一点点的削弱。能够在孩子面前示弱的妈妈,孩子的内心必然自信而坚强。
学会在孩子面前示弱,就是实现对孩子的托举,处处占孩子上风的妈妈,孩子只有站下风,最后甘愿站下风,没有一点竞争性,也没有一点动力,极端的会追求叛逆性、破坏性来完成自我的畸形成长。
第三个字是“慈”。
一个妈妈真正的力量,是她的慈祥,是温柔,温馨,温和。
夫妻、叔伯妯娌、大家庭都因为“妈妈”和睦而和谐,让人感到大海般的包容接纳,又壮观不可搅动,这就是孩子成长的宽阔的天地,这样的妈妈形象就是规则,言出就是方向。
反之在孩子面前指手划脚,不是扯着嗓门叫喊就是绷着脸唠叨的妈妈,会让孩子慢慢感觉这个世界没有任何一个地方是舒适的,是有意思的,孩子会失去心中的方向,而妈妈也将没有任何引导能力,变得更加抓狂。
