今天认真聆听王先云老师的讲座,我感触颇深。孩子的个性化必须得到尊重,让孩子们的个性发挥出各自的潜能,孩子需要一个快乐成长的家庭环境,需要一个和谐融洽的校园环境,需要一个人人关爱的社会环境,快乐成长才是孩子最需要的。
1.细心观察,全面了解,陪伴成长 世界上没有完全相同的两片叶子,同样也没有完全相同的两个孩子。对于每个孩子,每个阶段的发展是不同步的,有些阶段发展快些,有些阶段发展慢些,这些都是孩子发展过程中的正常现象。而我们必须尊重孩子发展过程中出现的这些特点,通过有目的、有意识的观察,获得大量具体、真实的信息。
2.识别优势,分析弱势,寻求突破 我们发现,当学龄前儿童找到他所擅长的领域时,他将乐于探索,并逐步建立良好的自我感觉,成功的体验会让他有信心迎接另一个难度更大领域。

今天认真聆听王先云老师的讲座,我感触颇深。孩子的个性化必须得到尊重,让孩子们的个性发挥出各自的潜能,孩子需要一个快乐成长的家庭环境,需要一个和谐融洽的校园环境,需要一个人人关爱的社会环境,快乐成长才是孩子最需要的。
1.细心观察,全面了解,陪伴成长 世界上没有完全相同的两片叶子,同样也没有完全相同的两个孩子。对于每个孩子,每个阶段的发展是不同步的,有些阶段发展快些,有些阶段发展慢些,这些都是孩子发展过程中的正常现象。而我们必须尊重孩子发展过程中出现的这些特点,通过有目的、有意识的观察,获得大量具体、真实的信息。
2.识别优势,分析弱势,寻求突破 我们发现,当学龄前儿童找到他所擅长的领域时,他将乐于探索,并逐步建立良好的自我感觉,成功的体验会让他有信心迎接另一个难度更大领域。
最终促进全面和谐的发展。
3.用心琢磨,解读孩子,满足需求 每一个孩子来自不同的家庭环境,他们形成的个性也截然不同,有的活泼开朗、有的内向文静、有的善于表达、有的沉默寡言……对于学龄前儿童在学习与发展过程中,由于个体先天的或后天的、环境的或自身的等种种原因所带来的个体差异,我们必须予以尊重。我们必须了解每个孩子的个性,通过循序渐进的教育,才能帮助他们树立信心。

看了王先云老师的家庭教育讲座很受益。从引述古人孔子的故事告诉我们要因材施教。分享阐述了三个方面:
一、家庭教育为什么要尊重差异。告诉我们作为教育者,无论老师还是家长都要承认差异的客观性,及早发现并关注孩子的差异从而因材施教。
二、儿童差异的具体表现。列举了不同差异的表现形式,诸多种种。
三、是家庭教育要如何做到尊重差异。即结合孩子的特点做好教育、根据孩子不同年龄阶段的身心特点开展家庭教育。营造良好的家庭环境、建立良好的亲子关系、建立合适的家庭规则、设计丰富的亲子活动等等策略。其次作为父母,我们要加强学习,努力提高自己做孩子的榜样,和孩子一道成长。多激励多陪伴多欣赏,尊重差异,遵循成长的规律,因材施教。

今天收看了省关工委和省教育厅关工委联合推出的线上家庭教育“半月一讲”第59讲,主题是:家庭教育方式方法之五:“尊重差异,根据不同年龄和个性特点进行科学引导”。王先云专家的讲座,让我真正懂得了教育学生还是娃要“根据不同年龄和个性特点进行科学引导”的深层次的内涵。专家从三个方面剖析主题。家庭教育为什么要尊重差距;儿童差异的具体表现;家庭教育如何做到尊重差异。尊重差异、差异表现、怎么去做。专家有理有据,深入浅出解读,让家长能看得懂,学得会。也使我受教了。不同年龄的差异及个性,我们家长要认识、了解、尊重、满足、相信、启发。教育:儿童发展,要知道:它既有连续性又有阶段性,家长要依据儿童在不同发展阶段的特点来展开。如:6—7岁阶段,特点是:幼儿园到一年级是玩为主到学为主,学习压力骤然增大;动力来自家长和老师称赞;无条件信胜和服从,对家长和老师特殊尊敬和依恋;好奇、好动、喜欢模仿等,专注力不够。家长要知道,这个阶段是:激发爱上学,塑造习惯关键期,培养良好学习习惯等,开发好奇心,鼓励探索行为…设立期望,不盲目攀比…家长要根据你孩子的阶段、个性:牢记专家给你指点的10条:如何做一位好家长?孩子最重要的需要是归属感和价值感:尊重、欣赏、关爱、支持、信任就是提升归属感和价值感所在。
