人间最美四月天。四月春风荡漾，四月春花烂漫，四月诗意盎然。在今年这个疫情袭扰的特别的四月里，界首小城一方面很抓疫情防控不放松，一方面各项工作有条不紊的进行着。在世界读书日来临之际，界首市文化旅游体育局、界首市图书馆、界首市朗诵协会、界首市诗词学会共同组织了一场”精彩生活，与诗同行”的云端诗歌朗诵会。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(57, 181, 74);"> 美女主持人郭慧娟，清纯明亮的声音在云端响起，云端阅读，书香满屏。 </b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(57, 181, 74);"> 大家好！4.23日是世界读书日。读书使人成长，读书陶冶情操。虽然有疫情的阻隔，但大家读书的热情依然高涨。读书的方式有很多种，朗读和朗诵都是很好的读书方式。在世界读书日来临之际，界首市图书馆特邀请我市诵读嘉宾，讲述朗诵的相关知识和技巧，很多朗诵爱好者呢，也通过腾讯会议app加入云端连线，把优美的诗文朗诵分享给大家。我们也希望通过这种线上朗诵的形式，创新阅读形式，激发读书热情，分享朗诵的收获与感悟。首先有请图书馆副馆长王青进行现场视频讲话。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(57, 181, 74);"> 图书馆副馆长王青，就此次活动的目的和意义做了阐述，并预祝活动取得圆满成功。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(57, 181, 74);"> 非常感谢王青副馆长给大家提供了这么一个很特别、很难得的交流平台。我们很多人都喜欢朗诵，但是，也有很多的困惑和不得方法。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(57, 181, 74);"> 所以，这次活动首先邀请了界首市语言文字委员会办公室常务副主任、界首市作家协会副主席、界首市朗诵协会会长张倩为大家就朗诵的有关知识和技巧进行讲座。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(57, 181, 74);"> 张老师有30年的播音主持以及朗诵的工作经验，她让我们进一步了解了朗诵、朗读在生活中起到的不可估量的作用，也让我们知道了朗诵的一些小技巧以及如何提高朗诵水平。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(57, 181, 74);"> 张倩老师讲朗诵的知识。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(57, 181, 74);"> 朗诵是口语交际的一种重要形式。朗诵不仅可以增强艺术鉴赏，更为重要的是，通过朗诵，可以陶冶性情，开阔胸怀，文明言行，增强对作品的理解，让人有机会成为口语表述与交际的高手。朗诵是一种能力，是我们一生中值得拥有的能力之一。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(57, 181, 74);"> 朗读对于声音的要求除了字音标准外，更接近生活、接近自然、接近本色。就是说，不要拿腔拿调。朗诵对于声音的要求 需要风格化、情感化甚至是戏剧化的。它需要运用 诸如停连、重音、语气、节奏等各种技巧以及丰富的情感注入语言表达，使我们的朗诵更加鲜活。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(57, 181, 74);"> 那么，如何才能提高朗诵水平呢？</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(57, 181, 74);">第一点：</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(57, 181, 74);">先声夺人，引人入胜。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b
