疑惑四:幼儿往梯子上搬轮胎,搬不上去来寻求老师的帮助,老师是该帮还是不帮?帮了怕影响孩子们游戏,不帮怕孩子们遇到困难就不玩了。
疑惑五:像今天的游戏,一开始把钻爬圈拿过来后,孩子们玩的兴致很高,可是后来就都不玩了,那里就闲置了,感觉那边空间很大,材料也多,孩子就是不去玩了,闲置着特别可惜。

潘主任指出,我们最初在开展自主游戏的时候都是在看“哇”时刻,但“哇”时刻过后,更多的还是寻常时刻,我们现在要做的是看到孩子们的寻常时刻,去细致观察,看到孩子们有意思的地方,看到孩子们解决问题,比一比谁观察的更细致更有意思,更有洞察力。
我们在观察的时候可以定区域、定人、定材料,有针对性的去观察,孩子们的寻常时刻的游戏过程也有递进的过程,比如孩子们上安吉箱的动作,有的很轻巧的就跳上去,有的需要搭一条腿再使劲爬上去,孩子们在日复一日的游戏中,他的动作肯定是越来越熟练。
还有一些我们看似游离在游戏之外的孩子,他们不一定没有在游戏,可能并不是真的无所事事,对于不合作、不合群、目的性差一点的孩子,我们可以持续的去观察他,打开观察他的方式,时间久了,我们可能就会撕掉我们给孩子们贴的标签。
在发现孩子们玩的挺好的情景游戏时,我们可以结合教学活动或者区域活动进行推动,不一定是幼儿推动,老师推动的也是课程。比如孩子们在户外创设了冰激凌店,我们可以结合大班的人民币活动,给孩子们材料,让他们在室内区域里也进行超市游戏的创设,不要我们费尽心力的创设区域,交给孩子,让孩子们去进行区域的创设,还能推动游戏的发展。

多去观察幼儿的寻常时刻,从大方向到细致的变化,最好放长线去观察,越详尽越具体越好。孩子们爬上爬下的动作,孩子们最初玩的,固定的和哪些孩子交往,孩子们感兴趣的是什么都可以是我们观察的方向。从自主游戏可以延伸到我们的课程梳理,包括室内区域,再到家园共育,其实这也是教师的专业成长,跟日常活动都是相关联的。还是要看到孩子们游戏的过程,而且要传递给家长,向家长传递孩子的变化、成长。
