周末下午先进行首轮约课,要求教师提前一天公示课时教学目标,其余教师也可进入课堂听课,然后进行评课,评课过程中要对教师课堂问题,提出建议,并和教师一起针对问题进行解决,被听课教师要针对这一问题提出进行读书学习,寻求解决方法 ,在本周再听课环节要重点突破上节课的问题,同时要求被听课教师在本周教学工作总结要针对这一问题提出、解决方法及效果进行总结。

我把丰登坞小学郑富丽老师做的《诗歌教学中“有层次的读”与“一边读一边想象画面”(2稿)——统编版小学语文四年级下册第三单元要素解读与教学建议》详细解读发给了史老师,和她一起来学习这篇文章,带着史老师来一起先备好课,郑老师在文章中对本单元的两个语文要素:初步了解现代诗的一些特点,体会诗歌的情感。2.根据需要收集资料,初步学习整理资料的方法。进行了解读。在初步了解现代诗的一般特点,体会诗歌的情感。指出现代诗又叫“白话诗”,是用现代的语言方式写成的诗。并且详细解读现代诗的一般特点有哪些,结合“语文园地”中的“交流平台”,指出教材中通过三个小朋友的话,将现代诗的基本特点进行了回顾和梳理,帮助学生将零散模糊的认识清晰化,这也就是在让教师和学生明确“初步了解现代诗的一般特点”到底要了解到什么程度,不仅如此郑老师还在每节课中如何落实这一要素都做了细致的解读,以此来让老师们据此来清晰化本单元要具体落实的语文要素、以及落实到什么程度。

艳丽主任认为,线上教学应按照“四步走”的策略扎扎实实进行课前备课。第一步,解读教材、解读教参、解读单元语文要素,全面把握学生的学情,精准确定教学目标。第二步,认真观看课程资源,做好听课记录。第三步,将听课记录与确定的教学目标相对照,择选有助于教学目标达成、有助于突破重难点的内容,删减与教学目标达成关系不大的内容,增设助力教学目标达成的相关环节及内容,缩减重复性内容,调整部分教学环节的顺序等,最终形成较为完善的教学预设。第四步,以各自的教学预设为依托,与同组教师开展网络教研,取长补短,最终确定教学预案。找寻到了提升线上教学实效的途径,于是,“光华道小学线上教学备课纸”,督促老师们在课前“精研细备”,把功夫下在课前,这种方法值得我们学习和借鉴。和教师一起备课,先总观单元教学,再纵观单元目标在十二册教材中的位置,关注学生能力发展水平,从学生实际情况出发,设定本节课的教学目标。
【再听课—巩固常态化】
在接下来的听课环节我看到史月玲老师在按照“四步走”的策略扎扎实实进行课前备课,史老师在教学第四单元的时候首先立足单元导语,单元主题:动物,作者抒发的情感是喜爱之情。复习第一单元的抓住关键语句体会作者的思想感情,学生抓住“可爱的动物,我们的朋友”体会到整个单元作者都是对动物喜爱之情,我们要人与动物和谐相处。
《猫》一课重点理清猫的结构层次,让学生交流从哪些地方可以看出作者喜爱之情。《母鸡》第一课时紧扣文章的情感主线由“讨厌”到“不敢再讨厌”,指导学生梳理文章脉络。第二课时,引导学生结合关键语句来体会老舍先生讨厌和尊敬母鸡的情感,是把母鸡当人来写的。

首先是听课(发现问题)-然后评课读书研究引导(剖析问题解决问题)-再听课(巩固常态化)
周末下午先进行首轮约课,要求教师提前一天公示课时教学目标,其余教师也可进入课堂听课,然后进行评课,评课过程中要对教师课堂问题,提出建议,并和教师一起针对问题进行解决,被听课教师要针对这一问题提出进行读书学习,寻求解决方法 ,在本周再听课环节要重点突破上节课的问题,同时要求被听课教师在本周教学工作总结要针对这一问题提出、解决方法及效果进行总结。

我把丰登坞小学郑富丽老师做的《诗歌教学中“有层次的读”与“一边读一边想象画面”(2稿)——统编版小学语文四年级下册第三单元要素解读与教学建议》详细解读发给了史老师,和她一起来学习这篇文章,带着史老师来一起先备好课,郑老师在文章中对本单元的两个语文要素:初步了解现代诗的一些特点,体会诗歌的情感。2.根据需要收集资料,初步学习整理资料的方法。进行了解读。在初步了解现代诗的一般特点,体会诗歌的情感。指出现代诗又叫“白话诗”,是用现代的语言方式写成的诗。并且详细解读现代诗的一般特点有哪些,结合“语文园地”中的“交流平台”,指出教材中通过三个小朋友的话,将现代诗的基本特点进行了回顾和梳理,帮助学生将零散模糊的认识清晰化,这也就是在让教师和学生明确“初步了解现代诗的一般特点”到底要了解到什么程度,不仅如此郑老师还在每节课中如何落实这一要素都做了细致的解读,以此来让老师们据此来清晰化本单元要具体落实的语文要素、以及落实到什么程度。

艳丽主任认为,线上教学应按照“四步走”的策略扎扎实实进行课前备课。第一步,解读教材、解读教参、解读单元语文要素,全面把握学生的学情,精准确定教学目标。第二步,认真观看课程资源,做好听课记录。第三步,将听课记录与确定的教学目标相对照,择选有助于教学目标达成、有助于突破重难点的内容,删减与教学目标达成关系不大的内容,增设助力教学目标达成的相关环节及内容,缩减重复性内容,调整部分教学环节的顺序等,最终形成较为完善的教学预设。第四步,以各自的教学预设为依托,与同组教师开展网络教研,取长补短,最终确定教学预案。找寻到了提升线上教学实效的途径,于是,“光华道小学线上教学备课纸”,督促老师们在课前“精研细备”,把功夫下在课前,这种方法值得我们学习和借鉴。和教师一起备课,先总观单元教学,再纵观单元目标在十二册教材中的位置,关注学生能力发展水平,从学生实际情况出发,设定本节课的教学目标。
【再听课—巩固常态化】
在接下来的听课环节我看到史月玲老师在按照“四步走”的策略扎扎实实进行课前备课,史老师在教学第四单元的时候首先立足单元导语,单元主题:动物,作者抒发的情感是喜爱之情。复习第一单元的抓住关键语句体会作者的思想感情,学生抓住“可爱的动物,我们的朋友”体会到整个单元作者都是对动物喜爱之情,我们要人与动物和谐相处。
《猫》一课重点理清猫的结构层次,让学生交流从哪些地方可以看出作者喜爱之情。《母鸡》第一课时紧扣文章的情感主线由“讨厌”到“不敢再讨厌”,指导学生梳理文章脉络。第二课时,引导学生结合关键语句来体会老舍先生讨厌和尊敬母鸡的情感,是把母鸡当人来写的。
