最近看了于永正老先生的《怎样做一个学生喜欢的老师》,在教学上遇到的一些问题豁然开朗,就拿作文课来说吧!
以前上作文课我只是单纯的教了学生怎样列提纲,怎样写,写什么,每次都是我一个人在讲台上讲得津津有味,而学生听得昏昏欲睡!也因此我特别怕上作文课,学生特别怕写作文!
于老先生说“写下水文是最好的作文备课”而不一定是在备课本上写目标,重难点,以及教学过程!把要求学生怎么写换成看老师怎么写的,第一目的是示范,每次作文都有一定的目的和要求,而这些我要在下水文中表现出来,并让学生体会到,第二个目的是激励学生,让师生一起交流!其乐无穷!
“看服”胜过“说服”,“佩服”胜过“看服”!因为本单元全是现代诗,上课文就给学生讲了现代诗的特点,音乐性,有节奏,格式自由,饱含真挚的感情而且要具有想象力…
孩子们似懂非懂,背诵倒是比较快,可是要仿写,一个个便邹起了眉头,于是我拿出写好的下水文

孩子看后瞬间来了兴致,也纷纷效仿起来,小组讨论着怎么写!还给我提建议说可以再多写几句,还可以修改成……打开了学生思维的大门,也拉近了我和孩子们的距离,看着他们投来佩服的目光,我布置了今天的家庭作业,仿写现代诗,题目自拟!一堂作文课终于在孩子们意犹未尽中结束了,不过我也希望自己能不断改进教学方法,给孩子们一个轻松高效的课堂!
