问题成因:线上教学与课堂教学存在较大差别。线上教学教师是面对着电脑讲课,双向交流变成了单向交流,进而导致讲课速度过快,或者内容剖析不够,教师需要通过一定的训练及练习,才能避免这些问题。并且学生也会出现缺乏学习兴趣。
解决策略和效果:英语组、年级组集体备课,我们要精准主要目标,把具体问题落实到位,抓住每个同学的问题点。对于重点、难点的讲述设计学生感兴趣的教学环节,讲练结合,利用ClassIn工具中的有趣的教学辅助工具和奖励机制等来激发学生、吸引学生的注意力。为了保证整堂课的学习效果,我们在课堂中就进行总结。不将每堂课的梳理总结任务留给课后。每节课我们的学生都有所收获,学生的兴趣逐渐提高。
家长陪同学生上课时间少
问题成因:随着我县疫情防控取得阶段性胜利,各行各业已陆续复工复产,家长陪伴学生学习的时间很少,大部分学生由爷爷奶奶陪同,但听课效果不佳。
解决策略与效果:班主任及任课教师要及时关注课后学情报告,课中也要多关注易走神,有小动作的学生。将情况及时与家长反馈沟通,做到双管齐下。
1.学生到课率低,或者出现“挂课”的现象
问题成因:线上教学对学生的自制力提出了更高的要求,教学过程中学生一般都是在家里,而家是一个放松的环境,学生脱离了群体氛围而又身处一个较放松的环境,很容易出现自制力不够的情况,最直接的结果就是到课率低,或者出现“挂课”的现象。
2.小学生注意力不集中及自制能力差是影响有效学习的重要因素。学生听课过程不认真,喜欢在聊天框里发各种无关消息,甚至打开后随时退出去玩游戏或做其他的事情。也存在躺着听课的现象。
问题成因:网络对学生的诱惑力太大,而学生又缺乏自我约束力,从而沉迷网络游戏。
解决策略和效果:班主任和任课教师班会严格要求上课出勤纪律,课前及时提醒学生提前进入课堂,与学生多连线,勤互动,多与学生语音连麦,勤于学生语音互动,及时关注学生学习状态,让学生多读多练,生生互动,及时进行培优补差工作。通过一两节课该问题就得到大大改善,学生按时上课,积极打开摄像头和麦克风与老师互动。
1.课后作业大打折扣。小学英语作业主要分为读写两大类,个别学生抄写类作业敷衍了事,甚至还会出现拖拉现象。
2.部分学生作业提交不及时,书写草率应付了事,需要老师反复批改订正并催促,且存在作业错误不及时订正的问题。
问题成因:网络提交作业,与现实中的面批作业存在很大的差距,学生会感觉距离老师很遥远,会怀有“你能奈我何”的态度,导致作业各种问题的存在。
解决策略和效果:英语组教师发挥集体智慧,深研学科特色,根据双减政策制定分层作业并利用小组合作,积极督促学生完成作业。老师在直播教学教学中要根据教学内容有针对性的提问以便了解学生是否在认真听课及学生对本节课的掌握情况再布置合理的作业。同时,教师要在第二天课堂上简单总结前一天的作业情况,对作业优秀学生的学生要大声点名表扬,在班级中要树立学生学习的榜样。
受网络信号的影响,直播会出现卡顿,延时等情况,偶尔还会断网,影响上课秩序,使学生的听课效果大打折扣。
解决策略:课前及时检查网络通讯情况,以确保上课时网络通畅。

解决策略和效果:英语组、年级组集体备课,我们要精准主要目标,把具体问题落实到位,抓住每个同学的问题点。对于重点、难点的讲述设计学生感兴趣的教学环节,讲练结合,利用ClassIn工具中的有趣的教学辅助工具和奖励机制等来激发学生、吸引学生的注意力。为了保证整堂课的学习效果,我们在课堂中就进行总结。不将每堂课的梳理总结任务留给课后。每节课我们的学生都有所收获,学生的兴趣逐渐提高。
家长陪同学生上课时间少
问题成因:随着我县疫情防控取得阶段性胜利,各行各业已陆续复工复产,家长陪伴学生学习的时间很少,大部分学生由爷爷奶奶陪同,但听课效果不佳。
解决策略与效果:班主任及任课教师要及时关注课后学情报告,课中也要多关注易走神,有小动作的学生。将情况及时与家长反馈沟通,做到双管齐下。
1.学生到课率低,或者出现“挂课”的现象
问题成因:线上教学对学生的自制力提出了更高的要求,教学过程中学生一般都是在家里,而家是一个放松的环境,学生脱离了群体氛围而又身处一个较放松的环境,很容易出现自制力不够的情况,最直接的结果就是到课率低,或者出现“挂课”的现象。
2.小学生注意力不集中及自制能力差是影响有效学习的重要因素。学生听课过程不认真,喜欢在聊天框里发各种无关消息,甚至打开后随时退出去玩游戏或做其他的事情。也存在躺着听课的现象。
问题成因:网络对学生的诱惑力太大,而学生又缺乏自我约束力,从而沉迷网络游戏。
解决策略和效果:班主任和任课教师班会严格要求上课出勤纪律,课前及时提醒学生提前进入课堂,与学生多连线,勤互动,多与学生语音连麦,勤于学生语音互动,及时关注学生学习状态,让学生多读多练,生生互动,及时进行培优补差工作。通过一两节课该问题就得到大大改善,学生按时上课,积极打开摄像头和麦克风与老师互动。
1.课后作业大打折扣。小学英语作业主要分为读写两大类,个别学生抄写类作业敷衍了事,甚至还会出现拖拉现象。
2.部分学生作业提交不及时,书写草率应付了事,需要老师反复批改订正并催促,且存在作业错误不及时订正的问题。
问题成因:网络提交作业,与现实中的面批作业存在很大的差距,学生会感觉距离老师很遥远,会怀有“你能奈我何”的态度,导致作业各种问题的存在。
解决策略和效果:英语组教师发挥集体智慧,深研学科特色,根据双减政策制定分层作业并利用小组合作,积极督促学生完成作业。老师在直播教学教学中要根据教学内容有针对性的提问以便了解学生是否在认真听课及学生对本节课的掌握情况再布置合理的作业。同时,教师要在第二天课堂上简单总结前一天的作业情况,对作业优秀学生的学生要大声点名表扬,在班级中要树立学生学习的榜样。
受网络信号的影响,直播会出现卡顿,延时等情况,偶尔还会断网,影响上课秩序,使学生的听课效果大打折扣。
解决策略:课前及时检查网络通讯情况,以确保上课时网络通畅。
