2022年3月30日19:30-22:00,平湖中心学校心理备课组通过钉钉直播召开了第二次教学研讨暨科组工作会议。本次会议由李鋆老师主持,张茜老师记录,林燕老师、莫崇香老师参与。

心理咨询室各位老师汇报了过去一个月学习工作中存在的困难以及需要的帮助支持,还有每个成员接下来的工作内容。
林燕老师:①一年级没有学生需辅导;②每周五上课;③自闭症关爱日,举办了一系列活动,如拍摄“不一样也没关系”视频,写《我眼中的阿福》影片观后感;做手工卡片送给自闭症孩子等,希望有更多老师和同学参与到该活动中,老师对学生的作品进行点赞点评。
莫崇香老师:①三年级辅导一个学生;②合作筹备自闭症关爱日活动,由于高年级学生的参与度不高,不想露脸等原因,希望心理老师上课时可以宣传一下。后续还要写推文进行宣传。
张茜老师:①四年级、六年级、七年级共辅导六名学生;②准备近期公开课。
李鋆老师:①优秀课例;②常规辅导;③余粤名师工作室课程申报,带读《自我伤害防治心理学》。
李鋆老师提出了一个疑问,之前三年级问题很多,但现在上网课期间学生比较安静。这说明我们心理工作效果明显,还是有情况没发现呢?我们是不是要主动打电话问班主任?

李鋆老师认为热身活动、《谁动了我的奶酪》故事选取都很好,但是也提出了一些宝贵建议:①内容有点不聚焦。目前暂时不会开学,而且学生有疫情居家学习的记忆,课中呈现的案例最好都是疫情期间居家学习学生面临的变化;②题目可改成“变化的奶酪”或者“我可以适应变化的生活”;③教学目标细分为知识与技能、过程与方法、情感、态度与价值观,语言表达要更加精准;④该课有没有理论依据?比如社会学习理论、积极心理学等;⑤“疫情下我的成长迷宫”这一块内容可以不要,要把聪聪的故事讲透,学生看聪聪的故事就是在反观自己,达到助人自助的目的;⑥课程最后,提问学生从奶酪以及聪聪的故事中,学到了什么?紧接着一系列互动,如疫情下要上网课扣1,要和网课的老师主动问好扣1,要主动配合小区扫码扣1,要听父母的话扣1等,引发学生的思考、升华课程。相信同学们已经知道了怎么找到变化的奶酪,知道同学的回复3。
