　　The ceremony for new members

　　The ceremony started with a speech from Mr. Xiang Jiaying, the headmaster of Pingbaying’s schools. After giving a warm welcome to Junior Middle School English Teaching Research and Teacher's Training Core Team of Xianfeng, he expressed his thanks to the team，“This seminar is a good chance for all the English teachers to improve their teaching skills and art”. He also believed that Xianfeng can make greater achievements in the coming English Entrance Examination of High school.

　　The most important role of a great team is to make extraordinary performance out of the ordinary players. Zhang Yan, the team leader of Junior Middle school English Teaching Research and Teacher's Training Core Team of Xianfeng, summarized what we have done in the year of 2021 and introduced the operation model of our core organization.

　　The assistant leader, Long Fang, introduced the researching and training plans of 2022 core team led by her, for example, more high-efficient class models will be generated.

Wang Kun, another assistant leader, shared the plans of researching of setting problems for Entrance Examination of Junior High school in 2022 and analysis of the coming exams.

To train more successful teachers, to build a team full of happiness and creativeness and to finish more reliable researches of special themes are the three of assistant leader Zou Yajie's group's main plans.

The two excellent team members, Long Fang and Li Yanhua, showed what they have learned in two high-end trainings. They are great learners and guiders.

　　More and more team members are learned and smart. Three of them expressed their thanks to the teachers and fellows, especially our own team for their feelings and growth processes.

　　Teacher-student relations are the most worthwhile during all the teaching activities. From then on, they will be the closest friends. Learning with help is the most valuable wealth for every new member.

　　Expert advisor of core team, Shen Jing, told us academic research must be based on quality, innovation, profundity.

　　Cohesion is power; Unity is born of hope. Had a target, it is no longer lonely! New members gave speeches. So many must make a perfect team. The team will become stronger, higher, further.

Seminar for Entrance Examination of Junior High school

　　As what carved in Chinese mind deeply,we never have thy cloak to make when it begins to rain.For this,on 24th March more than 90 English teachers,serving for different junior high schools in Xianfeng,attended the meeting for the coming Enshi Senior High School Entrance Examination in 2022.

Mr. Zheng Jialian exemplified how to face the new type of examination in class.He aims to timely practice the students’ ability about working out“ Text Completing”.This class is mainly about reading a strange article with strange words,also he presented the importance of learning China’s traditional culture.Relaxing atmosphere was lain in his class fully.

Mr. Zhang Yan,a great pioneer of Xianfeng English teaching field, showed a perfect reading class.He intended to set an example about helping students reading length by length.Students finished the class,about saving homeless people,with pleasure.All the other teachers and students felt that their classes were as savored as a feast.

Mr. Xu Jianhua, the headmaster of Yangdong Primary and Junior school, gave a warm and grateful welcome speech instead of more than 2000 students and teachers. He introduced the theories on school management, the targets of school running and the motto of Yangdong Primary and Junior High School. He wishes all the English teachers can master the chance to improve the teaching skills and teaching art. He also hopes the teachers can make the contributions to the coming Entrance Examination of Junior High school of Xianfeng.

Mr. Xing Zurui from Xianfeng Bureau of Education gave us four pieces of suggestions on how to run a school like the following. Firstly, try their best to do a good job in teaching and research; secondly, the young teachers must pay more attention to the professional development, trying to design efficient class is a hot topic forever, last but not least, it’s necessary to research the new course standards and test papers.

Mr.Zheng and Mr. Zhang present their teaching plans in different ways. Their speeches are more training than present. The more we hear, the better we can design how to have a reading class.

More than 90 teachers are divided into five researching groups. They discussed these two classes, tried to learn from them and gave them some useful advice. Five persons stood for their own groups to have a class evaluation.

　　Five teachers commented on these two classes from five researching groups. They shared their researching group ideas with all the teachers. All the ideas were shining and colorful, all the ideas are useful.

Group members Lu Qin and Zou Yajie also evaluated the two classes in different ways. “Zheng’s class is based on The New Course Standards, focus on all the students, design smartly and help the students get knowledge naturally.” Lu said. In Zou’s opinion, Zhang’s class is full of new teaching ideas, new viewpoints, new measures and new methods to help students achieve themselves.

Special Reports from Yang Xueshuang & Ran Rong. Yang helped us with how to give a high quality test paper. Ran’s report is about how to prepare the coming English Listening and Speaking Test. After listening, all the teachers benefited a lot.

Expert Shen Jing analyzed the important value of the two kinds of lessons; Giving a high quality test paper is the key ability of a teacher; it's important for all the teachers and students to prepare for the listening and speaking test; the development of Junior Middle school English Teaching Research and Teacher's Training Core Team of Xianfeng is one of the most important the tasks.

Nine teachers from nine different schools shared their ideas about how to help children pass the entrance exam more successfully and more easily.

Summary

The starting point is self analysis of work, the secret of success is the self-examination。

Ms. Li Yanhua had a summary for this Seminar on Entrance Examination of Senior High school. We’ll never stop, and we’ll make new achievements.

All in all, the activities are thought-provoking and worth practising in our classes! Thanks to our team, thanks to Ms. Shen Jing, we can have the chance to spend a great time in learning and researching together.
