Lei Feng, an Eternal Monument 雷锋，永恒的丰碑

Lei Feng was born into a poor family and became an orphan at seven. In 1956，he became a peasant in his hometown Wangcheng , Hunan. In 1958, he served as a worker for Anshan steel Chemical Plant in northeast China. In 1960, he joined the army in Fushun and became a representative of the People's Congress of Fushun.

　　雷锋出身贫苦，7岁就成了孤儿，1956年他在家乡湖南望城当农民，1958年他来到东北鞍钢当工人。1960年他参军入伍来到抚顺，成为了这座城市的人民代表。

During his short life of 22 years. He did nothing earth-shaking. But he is a glorious example for generations of Chinese. He did good without wrongdoing all his life. What he thought and did all his life were for others.

　　雷锋的生命只有短短的22个春秋，没有做过一件惊天动地的大事，却是几代人的光辉榜样。他一辈子做好事而不做一件坏事。他一生所想所做都是为了别人。

Lei Feng was most loyal to his motherland and the people.He once said, " I was born for the people and will die for the people. ”" The purpose of my life is to contribute to a better life for othors".

　　雷锋对祖国和人民是无比的忠诚。他说我为人民生，死为人民死。我活着，就是为了别人活得更加美好。

Lei Feng answered these questions comprehensively and profoundly thought his short life.Representing the spirit of utter devotion and the service awareness.Lei Feng is the benchmark of morality and the highland of spirit.And utters what is deep in the heart of everyone.
