<p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:20px; color:rgb(237, 35, 8);">各位家长朋友：</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(237, 35, 8); font-size:20px;"> 日前，全省多地发生中小学生和学龄前幼儿私自上冰玩耍时发生意外事件，致使多名未成年人伤亡，造成社会影响。随着春天的到来，气温逐渐回升，冰面开始慢慢解冻，家长朋友们开始复工，尚处于寒假期间的未成年学生容易缺乏监管，请各位家长朋友每日叮嘱学生远离各类水面、冰面，特别是农村的建筑基坑和结冰水面，确保孩子安全健康开学。 </b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(237, 35, 8); font-size:20px;"> 对学生的安全教育嘱托，不能松懈，请各位加强对孩子的看护，做到对孩子行踪“知去向、知同伴、知内容、知归时”，以免出现监管空白而出现意外事故。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(237, 35, 8); font-size:20px;">1.熟记防溺水“六不”，并坚决执行。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:20px; color:rgb(237, 35, 8);">（1）不私自到结冰的水面滑冰;</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(237, 35, 8); font-size:20px;">（2）不擅自与他人结伴滑冰;</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(237, 35, 8); font-size:20px;">（3）不在无家长或教师带领的情况下滑冰;</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(237, 35, 8); font-size:20px;">（4）不到无安全设施、无救援人员的冰面滑冰;</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(237, 35, 8); font-size:20px;">（5）不到不熟悉的水域滑冰;</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(237, 35, 8); font-size:20px;">（6）不熟悉水性的学生不擅自下水施救。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(237, 35, 8); font-size:20px;">2.做到“三个严禁”。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(237, 35, 8); font-size:20px;">（1）严禁在没有大人的陪同下单独或与同学结伴私自到结冰的河边、湖边、池塘、水库玩耍;</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(237, 35, 8); font-size:20px;">（2）严禁到没有安全保障的冰面、场所参加冰雪活动;</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:20px; color:rgb(237, 35, 8);">（3）发现他人溺水严禁私自手拉手盲目施救。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(237, 35, 8); font-size:20px;"> 冰面光滑、易碎，冰水寒冷，一旦不小心落入冰窟窿中，施救难度非常大。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(237, 35, 8); font-size:20px;"> 冰面的承重能力用肉眼是无法观察到的，在你伸出脚试试冰面结不结实时，实际上是在拿自己的生命开玩笑。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(237, 35, 8); font-size:20px;"> 在北方初冬、早春季节，由于冰面还未冻实或冰面已经开始融化，人在冰面行走、奔跑或滑行时冰面很易断裂而发生危险。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:20px; color:rgb(237, 35, 8);"> 如果冰面被积雪覆盖，则无从判断冰面情况。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(237, 35, 8); font-size:20px;"> 在流动河道上结冰的冰面，由于河水水位会随着水量的大小发生变化，冰面下会形成2~3厘米的“真空”。岸边水草和冰混杂在一起，看似坚固的冰面其实隐藏着危险。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(237, 35, 8); font-size:20px;"> 孩子们的安全至关重要，我们当携起手来，做好孩子们的安全教育，加强对孩子们的安全监管，让我们的孩子过一个平静、祥和、快乐、有意义的假期。</b></p><p class="ql-block" style="text-align:center;"><br></p><p class="ql-block" style="text-align:center;"><b style="color:rgb(237, 35, 8); font-size:20px;">岔河镇四神庄小学</b></p><p class="ql-block" style="text-align:center;"><b style="color:rgb(237, 35, 8); font-size:20px;">岔河镇四神庄幼儿园</b></p><p class="ql-block" style="text-align:center;"><b style="font-size:20px; color:rgb(237, 35, 8);">2022年2月14日</b></p><p class="ql-block"><br></p>
