<p class="ql-block">Step 1: Prepare the ingredients. </p> <p class="ql-block">Minced pork 500g. </p> <p class="ql-block">Green onion 200g. </p> <p class="ql-block">600 grams of dough.</p> <p class="ql-block">5 g of salt. </p> <p class="ql-block">Aniseed powder 4 grams of gleason.</p> <p class="ql-block">MSG 3 grams. </p> <p class="ql-block">Soy sauce 3 ml. </p> <p class="ql-block">Step 2: Make dumplings above.</p> <p class="ql-block">Mix the flour with water, cover and ferment on one side(If not, ask your parents for help). </p> <p class="ql-block">Chop the meat, and as you chop, add a little aniseed powder and salt. Chop the spring Onions. </p> <p class="ql-block">Mix the spring Onions with the meat, add the trimmings and stir well.  </p> <p class="ql-block">Roll the fermented flour into strips and cut into small bumps. Roll into sheets. </p> <p class="ql-block">Put a small lump of filling into the pastry. </p> <p class="ql-block">Put the wrappers on both sides together like this.</p> <p class="ql-block">Squeeze the wrappers on both sides tightly.</p> <p class="ql-block">Bring the dumplings to the boil. After cooking you can taste the delicious dumplings, really delicious ah. </p>
