<p class="ql-block">英国《卫报 · 好书推荐》这样点评这本书：一个几乎颠覆了传统家庭伦理的玩笑，细节上变化的视觉游戏营造出令人眼花缭乱的效果。虽然讨论的是一个关于性别歧视的严肃话题，但作者将故事讲述得趣味横生。一个非常棒、非常幽默有趣的故事，同时又是以绝对认真的态度讨论了无聊、懒惰的大男子主义。</p> <p class="ql-block">┃作者简介 ┃</p><p class="ql-block">安东尼·布朗（Anthony Browne），1946年出生于英国，毕业于利兹艺术学院，超现实写实派画家。其笔触细腻，构图利落，色彩鲜明，明暗写实，擅用对比营造画面的戏剧感，以幽默、讽刺、控诉等手法来表现，作品既关注弱势群体、亲子关系、女性主义、阶级关系、家庭生活等严肃社会问题，也着墨于单纯的想象与艺术创造。</p><p class="ql-block">安东尼·布朗至今已有50多本书出版，书被译成26种语言，画作在多个国家展出，作品获得过两次凯特·格林威奖和三次库特·马斯勒奖，还有德国绘本奖、安徒生大奖、荷兰银铅笔奖及艾米克奖。相信凡是做过英语启蒙的家庭，书架上应该都少不了安东尼·布朗的书。My Dad（《我爸爸》）、My Mum（《我妈妈》）、Gorilla（《大猩猩》）、Piggybook（《朱家故事》）、Willy the Dreamer（《梦想家威利》）等经典绘本，都是大家耳熟能详的作品，深受喜爱。</p> <p class="ql-block">┃故事梗概 ┃</p><p class="ql-block">The Piggott family朱家一家四口，住在一栋很好的房子里。早上起来，朱太太一个人做饭、洗餐具、整理床铺、打扫卫生，然后再出去工作；下班回家后，朱太太一个人做晚饭、洗碗碟、洗衣服、熨衣服、再做些吃的东西。而朱先生和两个儿子，除了催促和抱怨，什么都不做，饭来张口衣来伸手，理所当然地等着朱太太“伺候”。一天，朱太太消失了，只留下一张纸条，上面写着“你们是猪”。没了朱太太，一切很快乱了套，家里变得像猪圈一样。终于，几天以后，门开了，一个身影在一片光明中出现了，朱太太回来了！朱先生和儿子们祈求朱太太留下来，并且开始主动做家务，而且在共同承担家务劳动的过程中感受到了前所未有的快乐，朱太太也很快乐。。。</p> <p class="ql-block">┃中文翻译┃</p><p class="ql-block"><br></p><p class="ql-block">（出自《朱家故事》，译者：柯倩华）</p><p class="ql-block"><br></p><p class="ql-block">Mr. Piggott lived with his two sons, Simon and Patrick, in a nice house with a nice garden, and a nice car in the nice garage.
