老师,要有课堂智慧
做一个学生喜欢的老师,除了渊博的知识,还需要课堂智慧。
很久以来,抖音里的“杨老师”们总是叫我充满敬意和倾慕。不仅是她们的渊博知识、稳重气质、美丽大方,还有她们驾驭课堂的非凡能力和智慧。
“以学生为主的课堂”一切都是灵动的、变化的,教师需要有充分的课前准备,丰富的知识储备,灵活应变的教学机智,适时引导启发的教学艺术等这些必要的“课堂智慧”,才能在课堂这一充满灵性和生命活力的空间创建一个游刃有余地“智慧课堂”。实现这样的智慧课堂,教师的课堂智慧表现应具备以下几点:
01、巧在“欲言又止”—— 留白
我们不难发现,高明的老师善于在课堂中“布空”、“留白”,让学生自己有主动探求的机会,使之在字里行间神思遐想,移情忘怀,从而读出心得,感悟文字,感悟生活,感悟人生。
其实,很多时候,无须教师的讲解,学生们对语言文字的意蕴和情趣具有极强的领悟和品位能力。在孩子们眼中,一个词就是一幅画,一个词就是一首诗,一个词就是一个童话。

因为童年的困惑、疑问时时困扰着孩子们,才使之把此当成终身研究的目标并取得卓然的成就。

我们的教师也要善于“让孩子在尝试错误中学习。”在自我尝试中学习,在错误中摸索,这样获得的知识比老师简单的“告诉”更有效。

课堂是最好的生长个性的土壤。
课堂上,教师应该从高高的讲台上走下来,走到孩子的中间;教师应该主动参与到孩子的学习中,激起孩子探讨、发现知识的愿望,帮助共同总结归纳获得知识的途径、方法,发展孩子的元认知水平。
教师应该深入到孩子的心里去,和孩子一起历经知识获取的过程,经历期盼、等待、焦虑、兴奋等等心理体验,与孩子们共同分享获得知识的快乐。
课堂上,动情处,孩子们可以窃窃私语,可以交头接耳,可以手舞足蹈,嬉笑、顿足、欢呼、叹息,学生情感的自由释放,必定会带来学生全部身心的放松,从而使之进入学习的最佳状态。
