font-family: 宋体; font-size: 12pt; mso-spacerun: "yes"; mso-font-kerning: 1.0000pt;'><font face="宋体">。</font></span></font></p> <p class="ql-block"><span style="color:rgb(0, 0, 0);"> 2018年8月，按照要求课题1华中科技大学第一个召开可课题启动会，当时作为带着牵头单位的代表，带着任务做了一次汇报，第一次1个人参加，那时候傻乎乎的也没觉得害怕😀 后来相处有些害怕段老师，特别严谨还特别细致，后来过程中也给予了很多指导和帮助 🙏🏻</span></p> <p class="ql-block"><span style="color:rgb(0, 0, 0);"> 课题1完美开头，紧接着又组织课题2召开启动会，课题2主要由西安许继负责完成，参与单位清华、南瑞、华科、万邦都非常配合。课题3、4、5分别组织开始实施。</span></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(0, 0, 0);">项目实施：</b></p><p class="ql-block"> <span style="color:rgb(0, 0, 0);">实施过程中按照月度季度管理制度推进，2019年9月24日，国网科技部组织了第一次项目督导检查会。按照国网要求与各课题共同完成了技术与财务资料整理与准备。因为是第一次国网督导检查，项目及各课题从汇报材料、见证文档及都非常认真仔细，出发前我们都感觉准备的非常充分！</span></p> <p class="ql-block"><span style="color:rgb(0, 0, 0);"> 可是没想到督导结果除了很多整改意见外，我们负责牵头的课题是最低分，心情特别低落，小伙伴都安慰我说只是督导没关系，发现问题才有意义。话是如此，可心里还是很难过。等大家都离开会场后，收拾那一摞一摞材料时候再也控制不住眼泪了，哭的不能自已。有人看来大概不过是件小事，但是当时对于我真的是天大的事，无法调整情绪，吃不下饭。在那段时间是历史最瘦时期98斤😄不过现在又胖了10斤😂</span></p> <p style="margin: 0pt;"><span style='font-family: 宋体; font-size: 12pt; mso-spacerun: "yes"; mso-font-kerning: 1.0000pt;'><font color="#000000"></font></span><br></p> <p class="ql-block"><span style="color:rgb(0, 0, 0);"> 当时为了保证评审质量和效果，陈总及小组人员一遍又一遍修改补充材料，定稿后装订到半夜2点多，因需要分类装订，有些需要按照课题归类，不放心全程和广告公司工作人员一起，为了赶时间把广告公司的各种打印装订胶装机器都学了。</span></p> <p style="margin: 0pt;"><span style='font-family: 宋体; font-size: 12pt; mso-spacerun: "yes"; mso-font-kerning: 1.0000pt;'><font color="#000000" face="宋体">审查财务资料，按课题归类一项一项进行核对，熬了一天把顾经理和金果两个小伙伴累的都睁不开眼了。</font></span></p> <p style="margin: 0pt; line-height: 150%;"><span style='line-height: 150%;
