Use the wrist to press the butter to help it warm up.</p><p class="ql-block">准备黄油，把黄油切成立方体小块，用打蛋器按压黄油，帮助软化。</p> <p class="ql-block">2.Mix the butter and powdered sugar in a bowl.Use the electric whisk to mix them.Do this until the mixture is light and fluffy.</p><p class="ql-block">把黄油和糖粉混合放在碗里。使用电动打蛋器搅拌，直到混合物变轻变蓬松。</p> <p class="ql-block">3. Crack an egg to make egg mixture. Add a third of the egg mixture, mix them together.打个鸡蛋制作蛋液，倒入三分之一混合在一起。手动搅拌和面至均匀。</p> <p class="ql-block">4. Add the flour and the left of the egg mixture. Mix the flour into the paste. Your mix should be a dough.把面粉和剩余的蛋液加入，混合在一起。最后应该是一个面团。</p><p class="ql-block">（揉成面团后，用保鲜膜包裹，放入冰箱冷藏40分钟）</p><p class="ql-block"><br></p> <p class="ql-block">5.Place the dough on the moulding board , then begin to roll the dough . </p><p class="ql-block">把面团放在面板上，开始擀面团，用擀面杖将面团擀成面片。</p><p class="ql-block">Once rolled out, begin to cut out different shapes.We use different molds to cut different shapes.</p><p class="ql-block">擀好了，就开始切形状了。我们用不同模具切不同造型。</p> <p class="ql-block">6. Grease[ɡriːs] your baking tray with butter and place the biscuits on top.</p><p class="ql-block">在烤盘上抹上黄油，然后把饼干放在上面。</p> <p class="ql-block">7. Preheat the oven to 160℃ for .3minutes 把烤箱预热到160℃温度3分钟。</p><p class="ql-block">8. Cook the biscuits for 15mins.放入预热后的烤箱中层，上下管160摄氏度15分钟。</p><p class="ql-block"><br></p><p class="ql-block"><br></p> <p class="ql-block">9.
