<p class="ql-block"> 英语是传播优秀文明的最佳途径，演讲是传播中国声音的不二法门。为了加强七年级学生英语的学习和交流，提高同学们学习英语的积极性，给同学们提供一个展现自我的机会和舞台，在这个冬日时节，滨江学校七年级（8）班在12月15日举办了英语演讲比赛。</p> <p class="ql-block">English is the best way to spread a good cultivation,and speech is the way to spread the Chinese voice.In order to strengthen English learning and communication and improve students' enthusiasm for learning English. English teacher Ms. Zhou provides students with an opportunity and a stage to show themselves, an English speech contest is held on December 15th.</p> <p class="ql-block"> 赛前，班主任周老师强调英语是我们很重要的一门学科，作为一门语音，说的能力非常重要，为了提高学生英语语言表达能力，准确、流利地说好英语，特举办本次英语演讲比赛活动，希望我们8班的全体学生能以此为契机，坚持练习英语标准发音，提高英语口语表达能力，从而提高英语成绩。</p> <p class="ql-block">Before the competition, Director Ms.Zhou stressed that English is a very important subject for us. And speaking ability is very important. This English speech contest is specially held in order to improve the students' English language expression ability and students could speak English accurately and fluently. She hopes all the students of our class can take this opportunity and keep practicing English standard pronunciation, improve the ability of oral English expression, so as to improve English performance.</p> <p class="ql-block"> 此次比赛每位学生都进行充分的准备，同学们个个精神饱满，以流畅的英语展现了属于他们的独特创意。赶紧来看看当天的赛况吧!</p><p class="ql-block">Each student gives speech on different topics. They are full of spirit, use fluent English to show their unique ideas. Come and see what's going on that day!</p> <p class="ql-block"> 每一位选手在规定的时间内必须完成演讲，在比赛中，选手们的演讲风格迥乎不同，各有亮点，有的选手们在比赛过程中展示了他们出色的口语能力和写作能力；有的选手充满激情的演讲，有的选手可爱的表情，卖萌的动作，让我们感受到他们演讲故事中的无限欢乐。</p> <p class="ql-block">Each contestant has to complete his/her speech within the specified time. During the competition, the speech styles of the contestants are quite different, and each contestant has his/her own bright ideas.</p><p class="ql-block">Some contestants showed their excellent oral and writing skills during the competition.
