<p class="ql-block">How to make Christmas biscuit</p><p class="ql-block">【Ingredients】</p><p class="ql-block">Powdered sugar 35g</p><p class="ql-block">unsalted butter 50g</p><p class="ql-block">self-rising flour 120g</p><p class="ql-block">egg 25g</p><p class="ql-block">【Steps】</p><p class="ql-block">1. Preheat the oven to 190*c.</p><p class="ql-block">把烤箱预热到一定温度。</p><p class="ql-block">2. Cut the butter into cubes and warm up the butter. Use the wrist to press the butter to help it warm up.</p><p class="ql-block">把黄油切成立方体小块,用打蛋器按压黄油,帮助软化。</p> <p class="ql-block">3. Mix the butter and powdered sugar in a bowl. Do this until the mixture is light and fluffy.</p><p class="ql-block">把黄油和糖混合放在碗里。直到混合物变轻变蓬松。</p> <p class="ql-block">4. Crack an egg to make egg mixture. Add a third of the egg mixture, mix them together.</p><p class="ql-block">打个鸡蛋制作蛋液,倒入三分之一混合在一起。</p> <p class="ql-block">5. Add the flour and the left of the egg mixture. Mix the flour into the paste. Your mix should be a dough.</p><p class="ql-block">把面粉加入混合在一起。最后应该是一个面团。</p> <p class="ql-block">6. Place the dough on the worktop, then begin to roll the dough . 把面团放在台面上,开始擀面团。</p><p class="ql-block">Once rolled out, begin to cut out different shapes.We use different molds to cut different shapes.</p><p class="ql-block">擀好了,就开始切形状了。我们用不同模具切不同造型。</p> <p class="ql-block">7.
