小班的幼儿不再像1—2岁那样各玩各的,她们喜欢和同伴们一起玩。但由于小班幼儿思维和理解能力不够成熟,还没有建立起良好的规则意识,且“自我中心”表现尤为明显,能区分你、我、他、但不会区分自己和他人的需求,忽略他人与他人的感受和想法。他们的情感、行为的冲突,冲动兴强,自制力差,往往不能与人友好、合作,常发生纠纷,需依靠成人的指导与协调交往。张然喜欢与他人一起分享游戏的喜悦,但还无法清晰的表达自己的游戏想法,交流不得当,所以导致其他小朋友们不懂游戏的顾泽,且小班幼儿本就对游戏的过程(倒塌的瞬间)感兴趣,而不在乎搭出什么,所以次次被推倒。但是哪怕倒塌了很多次,依旧不放弃。他们在一次次的推倒重建的同时,也在享受建构活动带给他们的乐趣。真正实现了小游戏大学问。

一:发现问题,解决问题。
在活动过程中提出问题,引发幼儿思考,使幼儿学会倾听与接受别人提出的意见,提供充足的建构材料,讲清建构游戏规则,帮助幼儿理解游戏材料轮换玩的规则,养成耐心等待的好习惯。通过拍照、视频等方式记录幼儿的游戏行为,组织幼儿观看并对游戏中的违反规则的行为进行讨论,请幼儿判断行为的好坏。师幼共同协商问题的解决办法。游戏中的问题和幼儿一起讨论,充分体现以幼儿为主体,提高幼儿对班级常规形成的参与性。老师在师幼讨论的基础上进行提炼总结,幼儿参与制定的游戏规则更容易被幼儿理解和遵守。
二:学会倾听,善于倾听。

小班的幼儿不再像1—2岁那样各玩各的,她们喜欢和同伴们一起玩。但由于小班幼儿思维和理解能力不够成熟,还没有建立起良好的规则意识,且“自我中心”表现尤为明显,能区分你、我、他、但不会区分自己和他人的需求,忽略他人与他人的感受和想法。他们的情感、行为的冲突,冲动兴强,自制力差,往往不能与人友好、合作,常发生纠纷,需依靠成人的指导与协调交往。张然喜欢与他人一起分享游戏的喜悦,但还无法清晰的表达自己的游戏想法,交流不得当,所以导致其他小朋友们不懂游戏的顾泽,且小班幼儿本就对游戏的过程(倒塌的瞬间)感兴趣,而不在乎搭出什么,所以次次被推倒。但是哪怕倒塌了很多次,依旧不放弃。他们在一次次的推倒重建的同时,也在享受建构活动带给他们的乐趣。真正实现了小游戏大学问。
案例反思:
一:发现问题,解决问题。
在活动过程中提出问题,引发幼儿思考,使幼儿学会倾听与接受别人提出的意见,提供充足的建构材料,讲清建构游戏规则,帮助幼儿理解游戏材料轮换玩的规则,养成耐心等待的好习惯。通过拍照、视频等方式记录幼儿的游戏行为,组织幼儿观看并对游戏中的违反规则的行为进行讨论,请幼儿判断行为的好坏。师幼共同协商问题的解决办法。游戏中的问题和幼儿一起讨论,充分体现以幼儿为主体,提高幼儿对班级常规形成的参与性。老师在师幼讨论的基础上进行提炼总结,幼儿参与制定的游戏规则更容易被幼儿理解和遵守。
二:学会倾听,善于倾听。
小班幼儿“自我中心”表现尤为明显,容易把一切都看作与他自己有关、是他的一部分,忽略他人与他人的感受和想法。所以倾听也很重要。老师也要树立乐于倾听、善于倾听的榜样。老师在听孩子讲话时,最好能够蹲下来,身体向前倾,便看着她的眼睛,显示出专注的神情。带幼儿说话的过程中,老师要不断地理解,并等一会儿说完后再发表意见。
