Each class is wonderful and bright。</p><p class="ql-block"> 讲课的老师们精心准备每节课,充分调动每位学生的积极主动性。每节课都精彩纷呈,亮点不断。</p> <p class="ql-block">  Mr. Zhang Yanliang pointed out that the characteristic of efficient classroom teaching is to return the classroom to the students to the greatest extent, give full play to the students' subjectivity, initiative and creativity, and let the students "move, move and move". The most popular way is to let learning, progress and growth "happen" to the students. </p><p class="ql-block"> 张彦良老师指出高效课堂教学的特征就是最大限度地把课堂还给学生上,发挥学生的主体性、主动性和创造性,让学生“身动、心动、神动”,最通俗地说就是让学习、进步和成长“发生”在学生身上。</p> <p class="ql-block">  Efficient classroom teaching should achieve "three stresses and three noes": three stresses are easy to mix up, easy to make mistakes and easy to miss. "Speaking" does not mean explaining, but pointing. "Three noes" is the non teaching that students learn from themselves; Students don't talk much through the seminar; Teachers who need students to do something will not do it.</p><p class="ql-block"> 高效课堂教学要做到“三讲三不”:三讲是一讲易混点,二讲易错点,三讲易漏点。“讲”不等于讲解,而是点拨。“三不”是学生自学会的不教;学生通过讨论会的不多讲;学生需要动手的教师不包办代替。</p> <p class="ql-block">  Mr. Zhang and Ms. Yuan also put forward the main problems in the class, and also talked about the solutions and methods.</p><p class="ql-block"> 张老师和袁老师在评课时也提出了课堂存在的主要问题,同时也谈到了解决策略与方法。</p> <p class="ql-block">  Through this class listening and evaluation activity, the teachers gained a lot and found their own shortcomings. This activity strengthened the teachers' confidence in future education and teaching and pointed out the teaching direction.</p><p class="ql-block"> 通过本次听评课活动,老师们收获满满,同时也找到了自己的不足,本次活动增强了老师们对以后教育教学的信心、指明了教学方向。</p>
