style="font-size: 20px;">如果不是绝配,尽量避免搭配。</span></p><p class="ql-block"><span style="font-size: 20px;">除非单独吃有障碍,或因绝配而更美味、更享受、更容易消化吸收的,才尽量少数品种混吃、混合打昔或榨汁,打昔或榨汁需要特别留意单一原则和简单原则,以尽量避免不良化学反应。</span></p><p class="ql-block"><br></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 20px;">生素原则之四. 彩虹饮食原则</b></p><p class="ql-block"><span style="font-size: 20px;">天然食物的不同颜色代表不同营养素,所以赤橙黄绿青蓝紫白黑,不同颜色的食物都吃点更好。</span></p><p class="ql-block"><span style="font-size: 20px;">但彩虹饮食、营养均衡通过每天或每次换样来实现,而不要通过每次很多品种实现。</span></p><p class="ql-block"><span style="font-size: 20px;">每次太杂了不仅影响营养的消化吸收,容易起化学反应,还增加身体代谢负担,双输!</span></p><p class="ql-block"><br></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 20px;">生素原则之五. 活食原则</b></p><p class="ql-block"><span style="font-size: 20px;">人体发烧超过41度,则面临死亡风险,食物亦然。</span></p><p class="ql-block"><span style="font-size: 20px;">留点余地,只吃不超40度,有生命力的活的饮食。</span></p><p class="ql-block"><span style="font-size: 20px;">生素的生,有两层含义:</span></p><p class="ql-block"><span style="font-size: 20px;">1)生的,加热不超40度。</span></p><p class="ql-block"><span style="font-size: 20px;">2)活的,有生命的。</span></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 20px;">生素原则之六. 当季当地当时原则</b></p><p class="ql-block"><span style="font-size: 20px;">不时不食,戒反季节果蔬、过晚饮食、非饿亦食,否则,逆天后果,可想而知。</span></p><p class="ql-block"><span style="font-size: 20px;">反季节蔬果是化肥农药、激素(美其名曰:植物生长调节剂)等的重灾区。</span></p><p class="ql-block"><span style="font-size: 20px;">冬天吃西瓜、番茄、绿豆、冬瓜、黄瓜……;</span></p><p class="ql-block"><span style="font-size: 20px;">夏天吃西芹、山药、西兰花、花菜、芦蒿……</span></p><p class="ql-block"><span style="font-size: 20px;">好不好?是不是逆天行事?相信早已是共识!</span></p><p class="ql-block"><span style="font-size: 20px;">何况,反季节蔬果还贵!</span></p><p class="ql-block"><span style="font-size: 20px;">当地食材更好,所以当地优先,当地没有才外求。</span></p><p class="ql-block"><span style="font-size: 20px;">在缺乏水果的严冬,当地当季耐寒蔬菜,和没有季节性的热带水果,或天然耐储存的温带寒带水果相匹配,是上佳选择。</span></p><p class="ql-block"><span style="font-size: 20px;"></span></p><p class="ql-block"><span style="font-size: 20px;">另,过晚饮食是夜尿频多、睡眠障碍的主要原因之一。</span></p><p class="ql-block"><span style="font-size: 20px;">又,在清明觉照前提下,饿了才吃,不饿不吃。</span></p><p class="ql-block"><br></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 20px;">生素原则之七. 追随第一直觉原则</b></p><p class="ql-block"><span style="font-size: 20px;">在生的、鲜活的、没有人工添加调味的天然状态下,在正念心安时,相信追随第一直觉。</span></p><p class="ql-block"><span style="font-size: 20px;">第一直觉口感差的,是天意说:这不是你的菜。</span></p><p class="ql-block"><span style="font-size: 20px;">干的生种子,包括坚果、谷物、豆类等食用前,需要用浸泡滤洗的方式经历“发芽”状态,以中和降解阻碍营养吸收的植酸与酶抑制剂等有毒成分,分解蛋白质和多糖,助消化吸收,及营养素的激活与倍增。</span></p><p class="ql-block"><span style="font-size: 20px;">吃催芽种子坚果和芽苗菜是两回事。</span></p><p style="font-size: 20px;">没得选择,不吃饿极的特殊情况除外。</span></p><p class="ql-block"><br></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 20px;">生素原则之十七. 少吃根茎</b></p><p class="ql-block"><span style="font-size: 20px;">根茎类多淀粉、或刺激物、或毒素等,少吃为好。</span></p><p class="ql-block"><span style="font-size: 20px;">例如千好万好的姜黄,都只能很少量做天然调味品吃。少吃极好,多吃有害。</span></p><p class="ql-block"><span style="font-size:
