本次展评共七节课,主要聚焦小学数学图形与几何和数与代数两个领域的内容,来自全省各市(州)的200多名老师全程参与活动,而展示教师则从新颖的教学设计、先进的教学手段、紧密的探究活动、生长的交互课堂给我们呈现了精彩的“湖北好课堂”。","type":1},{"source":0,"source_platform":"local","splicing_template_id":0,"text":"
周长的认识,是我熟悉的一节课,它不光是本学期我即将要上的的内容,同样也是实验小学“核心团队”阮班艳老师打磨过的一节高质量的优课,但来自武昌中山路小学但张琼老师对于这节课的处理,还是让我感觉到惊叹。教师紧紧围绕六个周长的探究活动:找图形中的四边形、描图形的一周、说图形的周长、量图形的周长、比图形的周长和用图形的周长,整个课堂体现了五重:重生长、重感受、重体验、重发现、重比较,让学生从简单的探究问题中去实践,收获丰富的数学知识和双倍的数学乐趣。

1、把课堂贴的与学生“近”一点。纵观七节好课堂,每节课老师都是紧贴着学生,每位老师都像家长问孩子们“你们饿不饿,想吃什么?”一样,向学生抛出启发性的问题“你们是怎么思考的?你会怎样做?你还能怎么做?”,充分尊重学生,在师生互动、生生互动中体现了以生为本的课堂。
2、把导学提示设计的“准”一点。老师的每个导学问题指向都非常清楚,就是她本节课的教学目标。印象最为深刻的是张琼老师执教的《周长》,通过简短的导学问题,向同学们清楚知道刘图形的周是什么?长是什么?那种感觉就像引导学生吃东西细嚼慢咽,每一个知识都是先咀嚼碎了,再吃下一个,用简短的问题来引导学生探究复杂的问题,老师教的轻松,学生学的轻松。
3、把教学手段运用的“活”一点。纵观整个活动,我认为此次的课堂是交互的课堂,教师灵活运用希沃白板、投影仪、几何画板、腾讯在线表格的手段,及时收集整理学生反馈的数据,更是利用数据的整理对比,让学生自己总结发现规律,打通了教师和学生及时反馈的中的一堵墙。
4、把以学定教做的更“实“一点。好课堂的背后是好团队,也是团队合作对学生和教材的深入研究。张琼老师会在课的反复打磨中,优化教学设计,在本节课已经获得省优质课一等奖后,仍然根据学生掌握的情况,做出教学上的调整。王婷婷老师会在课下调研中根据学生的掌握情况,对教学进行取舍,坚持引入图形的四分法和三分法,尊重学生已有经验,从而举一反三,用教授们的话,他们就是在做实验,做研究。
5、把学生培养的更加“优”一点。通过屠彤云老师的上了课本中没有的一节《数面积》,让我感受到了数学学科在单元与单元之间,章节与章节之间也可以打破壁垒,通过对学生数学思想的渗透,从而承上启下,为学生后续学习打下良好基础。同时我们也看到了老师对知识的延伸,向同学们提前渗透了出入相补、函数等思想,让课堂能够生长,学生更加优秀。
