<p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 20px;"> 为进一步贯彻落实《幼儿园教育指导纲要》精神，全面提高教师专业技能水平，促进教师专业成长，提升幼儿教师的综合素质。2021年9月初，六区幼儿园的教师们，带着一份对幼教事业执着的追求，共同参加幼儿园2021年教师技能大赛。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 20px;"> 在比赛开始前，高园长就比赛的规则和内容做了详细的介绍。此次比赛分为讲故事、弹唱、舞蹈、绘画、说课、答辩及笔试答卷，历时六天完成✅。比赛遵照公开、公平、公正的原则，通过抽签的方式决定选手比赛顺序，全体参赛教师精心准备、积极参与。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 20px;"> 说课👩🏻🏫比赛中，教师根据具体的时间安排，严格有序的进入考场，围绕主题设计教案，教师分别从社会、语言、艺术、科学、健康五个不同的领域设计了教学活动，并进行了精彩的说课展示。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 20px;"> 答辩👩🏻🏫是教师考试中的一部分，其主要形式是：考官依据测评标准，参考教师的试讲或说课的表现进行提问，并通过教师作答。 答辩具灵活性和随机性，结构化则是对教师基本素质的考察。看我们的教师们在赛场上应对问题沉着冷静，回答面面俱到。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 20px;"> 最后，通过笔试🖌的形式，增加教师的理论知识，促进幼儿教师的职业素养，更好地践行《纲要》和《指南》精神，做当代更加优秀的幼儿教师。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 20px;">
