海景学校正是践行了陶行知先生这种“授人以鱼”不如“授人以渔”的思想,在李楚英校长的统筹部署下,于2021年8月29日对全体初中教师进行“高效课堂小组合作学习实际操作培训。”
本次培训主要包括以下三项内容:
1、分配教师角色,沉浸式体验实操培训;
2、教研室副主任孙佳老师分享交流小组合作组建方案;
3、教务处高元聪主任指导交流“五步三查”教学模式和“导学案设计”的具体要求。

8月29日早上,孙佳副主任和黎静文老师围绕小组合作组建方案,为全体初中部教师分配了新角色,使得讲座内容更加生动有趣。在培训中,孙佳副主任用生动的案例向大家诠释了如何引导学生走向小组合作自主学习。主要从分组原则、分组方法、座位安排三个方面进行阐述。
陶行知先生曾倡导“小先生制”,提出让儿童一边当学生 ,一边当“先生”,“即知即传入”,把学到的知识随时传授给周围的人。
小组合作竞学机制是落实我校教学模式的重要体现,以学生为主体,以小组为载体,充分发挥学生的自主性和能动性,培养和锻炼了学生的自主管理、自主学习能力,将学习和管理捆绑到小组。我校的小组合作分组就是在同组异质、公平公正的原则上进行的。
“清水抓不到鱼,浑水才抓得到鱼。”高效课堂重在学生全员参与、自主学习,因此小组长和组员的选择至为关键。老师要教会学生怎么表达?上台怎么展示?“老师教组长——组长教组成员。”孙佳老师建议班主任在日常学习中关注每个学生的性格特点和课外特长,综合评选出组长和小组成员,形成性格互补、才艺互补、优势互补的合作小组。
通过小组竞赛加分制(例如:1号、2号回答正确可加1—2分;3号、4号回答正确可加3—4分;5号、6号、7号回答正确可加4—5分。)激励后进生展示发言,提高后进生的学习积极性。
第二篇 “五步三查”教学模式实操培训
高元聪主任认为以课堂小组合作学习的方式,结合学生实际,将传统的“老师讲,学生听”的教学模式转变为老师与学生、学生与学生之间的互动教学模式,能够高效地凝聚小组所有成员的意见,动员全组成员的力量和智慧,让小组每个人都发挥出自己的价值,体会到共同探索问题、合作学习的快乐,也让学习变得有趣,使课堂充满生机和活力。
高主任通过高效课堂模式图给教师们具体讲解“独学、对学群学、小展示、大展示、学案整理达标测评”五步在课堂上的运用,同时对三次学情调查做了具体要求。
接下来高主任利用多媒体展示了学生们在课堂上积极参与“独学、对学、群学”等活动的剪影,图片材料展示了学生是如何通过质疑、对抗、合作来解决问题,并展示当堂展示“独学、对学、群学”的学习成果。
