It is Monday morning. Beth gets to school and sees her friend Dan.

Dan says that a new teacher is starting today. His name is Mr Arty.

"What's he like? Is he nice?"

Beth hopes Mr Arty isn't strict, like Mr Jones.

In their classroom, Beth and Dan see a tall black box.
