2. Deep Breathing Activity: I’m a Little Teapot

(扮演茶壶，头顶上顶一张纸，水开了冒蒸汽，看看蒸汽能不能把壶盖（纸片）顶开，呼呼往上吹气，很滑稽)

Steps:
💕We are going to play a game called “I’m a Little Teapot.” You get to pretend that you are teapot and I am going to listen to the steam that you make.

💕 Imagine that you are a teapot, You can be as big or as small of a tea pot as you would like. Decide what color you would like to be. Can you feel the lid on top of your head? Let’s sit up straight so that the lid doesn’t fall off.

💕Sit up straight.

💕 Allow yourself to inhale（吸气）, let it come naturally, no need to force, push or take a big breath, just allow it to be natural.

💕As you exhale（呼气）, you are going to make a “shhhhh” sound, like steam coming out of a teapot. The steam from your teapot comes out long and slow. See if your steam can open the lid up.

3. Brew Tea

I would like to have a cup of tea. We need boiling water. Now, let's boil water together.

💕Step 1

Fill a kettle or a pot with water and heat it until almost boiling. We can do this with a stove or microwave, or use an electric kettle.

Today we use our eletric kettle that is for boiling water. Get water in the kettle and press the .…… Look, tiny bubbles appear at the base of the pot. A couple little streams of bubbles are rising. Medium bubbles break the surface. See, the steam is rising. The pot gets steamed up.

💕Step 2

Put a cup full of hot water in the teapot and swill it around, before tipping(=pouring) it out. Then pour it out. This warms the teapot, and helps the tea brew faster.



💕Step 3

Choose a bag of tea leaves. There are red tea. green tea, black tea and our favorite jasmine tea .

I choose jasmine tea.

Ok. Put a teaspoon of tea leaves into our teapot , loose leaves give us a much better tea. we can also use teabag instead.

Let the tea steep for only two to four minutes.



💕Step 4

The tea is ready. Tip the teapot over and pour the tea into teacups. Let's taste the tea.

Allow the tea to cool before serving.

We also can add some sugar or milk. You can pour some milk into the tea cup if you like .

But I don't think they match jasmine tea well.

I would like to have a cup of tea. We need boiling water. Now, let's boil water together.

3. Hand craft : make a Tipping Teapot

To make a tipping teapot of your very own, all you need to do is:

Print out a teapot image

Colour it in

Cut it out

Glue it to a folded paper plate

Trace over the outline with a black marker

and then sing! “I’m a little teapot…. tip me over and pour me out!”

Teapots can come in every colour, pattern and design, there’s no right or wrong way to colour it in

Once the design is complete, it’s time to cut out your teapot.

The next step is to take a paper plate, fold it in half, glue the teapot to one of the halves. Try to tip it over, and see if any water is out. Haha, of course no, it is just a pretend teapot.

买了一套茶具，在家举办teaparty

1. Planning and Inviting Guests
Select a theme. a princess theme or fairy theme might be popular.

2. Make a guest list. The number of children you invite will depend upon our space. The guests should fit around the table

3. Choose a date and time. Weekend parties held during the day are often easiest for parents and children alike. Choose whether a morning tea party or an afternoon tea party. They could make their own plans.

4. Make the invitations. For children, the cuter and more colorful, the better. Make your invitations to match the theme.

5. Send the invitations. If you’re mailing your invitations, send them 3-4 weeks in advance. If you’re hand delivering them to the children’s parents , two weeks is enough time.

6. Set up the table and chairs. Just be sure it’s large enough to seat everyone you’re inviting.

7. Dress up the table .Put a nice tablecloth over the table you’ll be using to serve the tea

8.Provide a variety of beverages. Be prepared for small children to not like the taste of tea.

9. Offer lots of baked goods. Tea is frequently served with scones, cakes, and cookies.

10. Enjoy the tea party.

6. Roly play : pottery

We could make a tea-set out of play-clay.

We need it to be soft, so we can shape it. But later it won't be soft

Now we need to bed the tea-set in a kiln.
A kiln is an oven, cooks the clay and makes it hard.
The tea-set should be ready.The tea-set is finished.
Now we can have our tea party.
