Good morning, everyone ! It's a great honour for me to be here to share my teaching experiences with you ! I think as a senior high school teacher, the most important is to be fond of our job,to be responsible,to be enthusiastic and to be creative. From my fifteen years teaching experiences, I think we should also try our best to arouse student's enthusiasm. If students are interested in something, the chances are that they will study it well. 大家早上好!很荣幸在这里和大家分享我的教学叙事!我认为做一名高中教师最重要的是热爱自己的工作、有责任心、有热情、有创造力!通过15年的教学经历,我觉得我们还应该尽可能激发学生的学习热情。如果学生们对某件事感兴趣,他们就很可能把它学好! First,each student is an angel. They need our attention and trust, just as a professor says: “Once we respect students, understand them and be sincere to them, something inspiring will happen.” Also, we should give them encouragement and help, making them have confidence and hope. There is a boy named Wang kai, who is very shy.Every time I asked questions to all the students, he kept quiet and dared not answer my question. I thought about it again and again, and then I had a talk with him, asking: “Why don't you put up your hand when I raise a question?” “I'm afraid of making mistakes!” he responded after a while. Hearing that, I patted his shoulder, saying: “ Making mistakes is nothing serious and everyone will make mistakes once in a while. so if you keep trying, you will be the best one because you work hard all the time.” I smiled to him . After this talk , he changed. Every time I raise questions, he will actively put up his hand, at the same time, he becomes more outgoing and happier. 首先,每个学生都是一个天使,他们需要我们的关注和信任。正如一位教授所说:“一旦我们尊重学生、理解学生并且对他们真诚,那么振奋人心的事情就会发生。”此外,我们还应该给他们鼓励和帮助,使他们拥有自信和希望。我们班有个男孩叫王凯,他很害羞,每次我向所有同学们提问的时候,他都保持沉默,不敢回答。我反复在想怎么办,之后和他谈了一次心,我问他:“为什么老师提问的时候你不举手呢?”他想了一会说:“我害怕犯错。”我拍了拍他的肩膀,笑着对他说:“犯错误没什么,每个人都会犯错。只要一直尝试,你就会成为最优秀的同学,因为你一直很用功!”这次谈心后,他变了,每次提问,他都积极地举手,同时,他也更外向了更开心了。 Second, design our teaching in a creative way. We can adopt various teaching methods, and create vivid teaching atmosphere, in which student’s interest and curiosity will be aroused. For example, when teaching the text the Steamboat in Module 3 Book 5, in order to make the students interested and impressed, I designed a performance according to the text. Two boys, who are good at imitating, offered to act the role of Hark and Jim, and they made full preparations and recited the conversations again and again. The result was that they did pretty good. Besides, they understood the text much better by acting . At the same time, all the students felt the lesson unique and attractive. The outcome was wonderful. 第二,创造性地设计教学。我们可以采用多样的教学模式创造生动的教学氛围,这样学生们的兴趣和好奇心就会被调动起来。比如,在讲授必修五第3模块the Steamboat这课时,为了让学生们感兴趣并且印象深刻,我根据课文设计了一个表演环节。两名擅长模仿的男生主动扮演Hark和Jim,他们做了充分准备,反复背诵对话,最后他们表演得非常好。此外,他们对于课文的理解更好了,其他同学觉得这节课很吸引人,最终的效果非常棒! Third, build a sense of achievement for students. The students will feel depressed if they gain nothing after study. Instead, they will be joyful when we praise them after they answer a question or finish a test by themselves, In addition, as teachers, we can assess our students from different angles. For example, this girl’s handwriting is neat, while that boy does well in making sentences and another one’s speaking is perfect. Each student has his advantages and we had better find them as much as possible. When assessed from different angles, every student feels a sense of achievement so they will make great efforts to further improve themselves. 第三,让学生获得一种成就感。如果学习之后学生们一无所获,他们会很沮丧,相反,在他们回答了一个问题或单独完成了一个测试后得到我们的表扬,他们就会很开心。此外,我们可以从多个角度去评价学生,比如:这个女生的书写很工整,那个男生擅长造句子,而另一同学口语很棒。每个学生都有各自的优势,我们最好尽可能多地去发现。当我们从多个角度去评价的时候,每个学生都会有一种成就感,这样他们就会努力去进一步提高自己。 Fourth, be optimistic all the time, no matter what happens. I try to smile to everything, whether the students are well-behaved or naughty and whether everything is going well or not. When we are optimistic and energetic, we can devote ourselves to teaching, which will have a positive effect on the students:The students will study full of energy. Sometimes, a sense of humor is also very useful. I remember a naughty boy who was bored with study. Once, when I was giving a lesson, there was no any book on his desk, I was angry very much. At first, I wanted to shout at him, but if I had done that, maybe there would have been a quarrel, so I smiled, saying: “Wang Hao, I do want to praise you, for your desktop is kept so tidy!” Hearing that, he felt embarrassed and took out his textbook, reading and writing. So, sometimes, we may come across some cases that are difficult to deal with, we can think of them in a positive way, so that we can solve them much better. 第四,不论发生什么,一直保持积极乐观的情绪。不论孩子们遵规守纪还是很淘气,不管一切顺利与否,我都争取微笑面对。当我们积极乐观的时候,我们就会全身心投入教学,这也会对学生们产生积极的影响,学生们的学习热情就会高涨起来。偶尔表现一下幽默感也很有用。记得有一个男孩厌倦学习,有一次我正上课的时候,他的桌面上一本书也没有,我很生气,起初,我想对他大吼,但如果当时那样做的话,也许就会激化矛盾。所以,我就笑着说:“王浩,我真想表扬你,因为你的桌面保持的真干净!”听到这话,他也有点尴尬,就拿出了教材和笔记本,学习了。所以,有时候,我们也许会碰上棘手的的情况,我们可以以积极方式去思考解决办法,这样我们会更好地把它们化解。 Someone says being a teacher is difficult and boring, but in my opinion, if we are optimistic, enthusiastic and creative, we will enjoy it.
