<p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(1, 1, 1); font-size: 20px;"> “砥砺十年，奠基未来”，为了更好地将奠基未来的工程做好做实，扎实推进幼儿园课程游戏化活动，建设高质量的学前教育，圆满实现“十四五”规划中提出的远景目标。拟于2021年6月15日-17日举办“幼儿园课程游戏解读”专题培训活动。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(1, 1, 1); font-size: 20px;"> 我有幸参加这次的培训活动，并且通过这次的培训活动，我进一步理解了游戏理念的核心内涵，提升了对幼儿的观察和指导游戏的专业能力。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(1, 1, 1); font-size: 20px;">下面是我的一些心得体会:</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(237, 35, 8); font-size: 20px;">6月15日下午 </b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(237, 35, 8); font-size: 20px;">讲座一:《课程游戏化背景下数学教育在幼儿园实践经验分享》</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(237, 35, 8); font-size: 20px;">–––邢宇(河南省银行幼儿园副园长)</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(1, 1, 1); font-size: 20px;">1、儿童视角下数学教育的价值探析</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(1, 1, 1); font-size: 20px;">2、数学教育活动的实施形式</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(1, 1, 1); font-size: 20px;">3、数学活动的核心经验以及游戏化策略</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(1, 1, 1); font-size: 20px;"> 通过学习，我了解了学前儿童数学内容是如何通过游戏进行的。要符合现实、孩子乐学、教师易教。数学中的数、量、形、时、空、逻辑推理都可以通过各种游戏来让幼儿自主探索，寻求答案，而不是教师给幼儿灌输。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(237, 35, 8);">6月16日早上参观顿村中心幼儿园</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(1, 1, 1);"> 顿村幼儿园是以“水”为主题进行设计的。进入园内，最引人注目的是蓝色水立方造型建筑，园内还有水池、小桥、种植区等一些当地特色。小朋友们在沙滩里搭城堡、挖水井、架小桥……玩的不亦乐乎；建构区的小朋友也不服输，一个个搭起了水井跟桥梁；院子里有的小朋友钻山洞、攀爬等游戏；还有许多小朋友在科学区玩沉浮、溶解等科学游戏。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(1, 1, 1);"> 通过参观幼儿园，我知道了幼儿园的课程是多样的，要结合当地的特色开展园本课程。幼儿的游戏是建立在生活经验上的，幼儿教师要根据幼儿的生活经验、兴趣爱好等，利用本地资源开展有意义的课程，而不是盲目选择玩教具去创设跟幼儿生活脱轨的课程。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(237, 35, 8); font-size: 20px;">6月16日上午</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(237, 35, 8); font-size: 20px;">讲座二:《基于儿童自主发展需要的游戏活动开展》</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(237, 35, 8); font-size: 20px;">–––余晖(南京市教研室教研员)</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(1, 1, 1);">1、从实现儿童自主需要出发，营造开放游戏环境</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(1, 1, 1);">2、从满足儿童对话需要出发，支持儿童自主探索和深度学习</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(1, 1, 1);">3、从推动儿童发展需要出发，观察支持和自主解决游戏问题中获得成长</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(1, 1, 1);"> 通过学习，我懂得了:教师要尊重儿童的需求，放开儿童的手，信任儿童循着自己的成长节奏，在互动探索中主动发展！</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(1, 1, 1);"> 我们要引导和推动孩子自主学会发现矛盾冲突、尝试解决问题和建立规则，真正体验自主发展的快乐。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(237, 35, 8);">6月16日下午</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(237, 35, 8);">讲座三:《安吉游戏背景下游戏活动案例解析》</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(237, 35, 8);">–––吴莎莎(康轩学前教育研究院)</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(1, 1, 1);">1、解析安吉游戏精神在游戏中的体现</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(1, 1, 1);">2、贯穿安吉游戏精神的户外自主游戏开展思路</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(1, 1, 1);">3、案例分析及研讨幼儿园融合性自主游戏开展的策略</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(1, 1, 1);"> 安吉游戏理念的输入，对我来说就是一场思想的洗礼，为我注入了新的血液，为我以后的教学道路指明了方向，作为教师的我们，必须树立正确的儿童观，教育观，教育观即课程观，真正地放手孩子。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(237, 35, 8); font-size: 20px;">6月17日上午</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(237, 35, 8); font-size: 20px;">讲座四:《游戏精神引领下幼儿园户外活动的组织与实施》</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(237, 35, 8); font-size: 20px;">–––谷长伟(首都师范大学教授)</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(1, 1, 1); font-size: 20px;">1、剖析游戏精神，再识幼儿园户外活动</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(1, 1, 1); font-size: 20px;">2、幼儿园户外活动的组织与实施</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(1, 1, 1); font-size: 20px;">3、户外活动中幼儿行为的观察与指导</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(1, 1, 1); font-size: 20px;"> 户外活动是幼儿园课程的重要支点，只有把户外与室内整体构建，才能构建完整的幼儿园课程。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(1, 1, 1); font-size: 20px;"> 通过学习，我对户外活动有了更近一步的认识。高质量的户外活动要有充分的时间安排，要有计划和内容完整建构；为幼儿创设宽松、和谐、互动性强的环境；与自然亲近、与土地乡情融合，注重幼儿的探索行为；优化户外环境和玩教具投放策略。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(1, 1, 1);"> 在培训期的晚上，教师们认真讨论，内化培训内容，用心领会“安吉游戏”的精髓，从而反思自己的不足之处。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(1, 1, 1);"> 把“安吉游戏”精神运用到一日生活之中，让孩子们真正做到在游戏中学习，在游戏中成长，用游戏点亮孩子快乐童年。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(1, 1, 1);"> 作为教师，要努力做到放手游戏(最大程度的放手与最小程度的介入)，真正做到“幼儿在前，教师在后”。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(1, 1, 1); font-size: 20px;"> 实践出真知，在实践中才能发现问题从而解决问题，“安吉游戏”作为一种新的血液已注入我们的身体，把“安吉游戏”内化于心，外化于行才是最关键的。让我们把“安吉游戏”的精神铭记在心，把“安吉游戏”的精神真正落到实处！</b></p>
