2021年5月10日,陕西省一百多名幼儿教师相约古城西安,参加了“国培计划(2021)”—陕西省非学前教育专业幼儿教师补偿培训项目。做为农村幼儿园的教师,我感到很荣幸。十分珍惜这次不断完善和提高自我的机会,积极认真地参与了培训的全过程。回顾这20天对我们来说是一个难忘的学习之旅。在培训和学习的这段时间里,我体会到做一名幼儿教师的使命感。通过学习我认识到一名幼儿教师,尤其是一名优秀的幼儿教师是非常不容易的。现在我把一些学习的感悟与大家分享。

通过学习使我对幼儿园游戏有了重新的认识,游戏对幼儿来说就是一种学习,在游戏中,幼儿主要是通过操作区域游戏材料来实现游戏的娱乐功能和教育功能的。对于幼儿来说,“玩具”可以是任何东西;对于教师来说,要善于把每一样东西都变成有助于幼儿发展“玩具”。区域游戏是学前儿童的基本活动,对儿童而言游戏是一种快乐的体验,我们老师应满足儿童的游戏需求,主动为儿童创设适当的游戏环境,提供充足的游戏材料,保证儿童游戏的时间和权力,一切以幼儿为主,尊重幼儿的兴趣、需要、想象和创造,为幼儿创设互动的、激励的学习环境。一个下午的学习的时间虽然短暂,但整个培训活动下来“区域游戏”这个理念已经在我心中根深蒂固。在今后的工作中,我们一定要切实开展好各项教育活动,促进幼儿全面协调发展,为幼儿后继学习和终身发展奠基良好基础。

2021年5月10日,陕西省一百多名幼儿教师相约古城西安,参加了“国培计划(2021)”—陕西省非学前教育专业幼儿教师补偿培训项目。做为农村幼儿园的教师,我感到很荣幸。十分珍惜这次不断完善和提高自我的机会,积极认真地参与了培训的全过程。回顾这20天对我们来说是一个难忘的学习之旅。在培训和学习的这段时间里,我体会到做一名幼儿教师的使命感。通过学习我认识到一名幼儿教师,尤其是一名优秀的幼儿教师是非常不容易的。现在我把一些学习的感悟与大家分享。

通过学习使我对幼儿园游戏有了重新的认识,游戏对幼儿来说就是一种学习,在游戏中,幼儿主要是通过操作区域游戏材料来实现游戏的娱乐功能和教育功能的。对于幼儿来说,“玩具”可以是任何东西;对于教师来说,要善于把每一样东西都变成有助于幼儿发展“玩具”。区域游戏是学前儿童的基本活动,对儿童而言游戏是一种快乐的体验,我们老师应满足儿童的游戏需求,主动为儿童创设适当的游戏环境,提供充足的游戏材料,保证儿童游戏的时间和权力,一切以幼儿为主,尊重幼儿的兴趣、需要、想象和创造,为幼儿创设互动的、激励的学习环境。一个下午的学习的时间虽然短暂,但整个培训活动下来“区域游戏”这个理念已经在我心中根深蒂固。在今后的工作中,我们一定要切实开展好各项教育活动,促进幼儿全面协调发展,为幼儿后继学习和终身发展奠基良好基础。
