<p class="ql-block"> The person I admire(2021.5.24)</p> <p class="ql-block"> Yuan Longping's death left us in deep sorrow, including my students.</p> <p class="ql-block"> ZhaoJiejia, Luo Yichen and Liu Dongbo talked about Yuan Longp.On the same day, two great people died, leaving us in deep sadness.Yuan Longping and Wu Mengchao made great contributions to our country. Yuan is familiar to us, so students talked about him much.His super hybrid rice feed so many people. He is not only a hero to China but also a hero to the world. He had two dreams: rice could grow as tall as sorghum; super hybrid rice would be planted all over the world. Zhang Meina told us a story about Yuan:so devoted was he to his work that he was still working even when his wife gave birth to a baby.His English was so good that he could give an English speech in public.Liu Dongbo thinks Yuan modest because he considered himself a farmer even though he is a scientist in all people's heart.</p> <p class="ql-block"> He Xiarao introduced Madam Curie , a female scientist who discovered radium, to us because she is a heroine in her heart.Madam Curie overcame a range of difiiculties to study and did research even when her husband died.He Xiarao admires Madam Curie so much!</p> <p class="ql-block"> Nie Jia knew much about Wu Zetian, the only female emperor in Tang Danasty in Chinese history.Wu visited many mountains and rivers with her parents and was sent to the Palace at the age of 16.When she ruled our country it developed prosperously and left a monument without any word on it.</p> <p class="ql-block"> Dong Fangjie introduced her knowledgeable and friendly teacher, Mr Huang. He helped students to solve problems and told jokes to them. He asked every student's dream and encouraged them to realize their dreams. He also asked his students to go to school ahead of time and spend more time on study.Dong hopes to be a kind teacher like him.</p> <p class="ql-block"> MaJingyang admires her father, who is a common farmer but great father. He is warm hearted and always help others in trouble. He always teaches his daughter how to do well in her life.
