<p class="ql-block"> 文章摘要</p><p class="ql-block"> 从教十多年，活到老学到老，教学相长，因材施教，针对学生个体的不同特点，有的放矢，使得我们的教学工作事半功倍。</p> part1 <p class="ql-block"> Good morning ,ladies and gentleman. It is my great honor that I can speak here.Contribute to the Education and Teaching Institute, I have the precious opportunity to share something with the high leveled teachers.</p><p class="ql-block"> 早上好女士们先生们，非常荣幸能够在这和大家分享交流。感谢齐齐哈尔市教育教学院使我有机会和这么多优秀的老师分享教学经验。</p> part 2 <p class="ql-block"> To become a distinguished teacher,we should master the professional skills first.For example,we should be equipped with the high leveled skills of listening,speaking reading and writing.Especially the teachers’ skills of spoken English. </p><p class="ql-block"> 要成为一位优秀的老师首先我们得掌握专业知识。打比方说我们要具备较高的听说读写技能，尤其要有较高的英语口语水平。</p> <p class="ql-block"> To become an excellent teacher,not only should we master the professional skills well but also we should establish the good relationship between students and teachers.we should care about and love every single student.When they meet with difficulties in study or life, we are supposed to encourage them rather than scold or ignore them.</p><p class="ql-block"> 要成为一位优秀的老师除了具备相关的专业知识,建立良好的师生关系。要关心爱护每一位学生，经常鼓励学生，严慈相济。</p> part 3 <p class="ql-block"> In the process of teaching,what impressed me most is that the teacher should teach students in accordance with their aptitude.According to individual differences,we treat students in different ways.</p><p class="ql-block"> 在教学过程中，我感受最深刻的是因材施教，针对不同的学生给与不同的教育方法，做到具体情况具体分析。</p> <p class="ql-block"> I will share the experience with all of you.I am the English teacher of Grade one .there was a student named Ming. He was not out-going. He worked hard. In my class he listened carefully and the grammar points were written well. But when I asked him to answer the questions in class or checked the text paper, his performance was not so good.Even I could say it was worse than you expected. In the daily life I paid much attention to his study,but things did not go well. What I have done for other students did not work for him. Accordance with one’s aptitude occurred to me,so I decided to have a serious talk with him to know his inner thought. From the talk I learned that he had some trouble with his family and couldn’t on his study.I finally knew the reason! According to his character, I gave him some advice.From then on ,I cared about him not only on study but also on his daily life.I encouraged him to study hard and hold a positive attitude towards life.A few days later,I found Ming really changed greatly.He smiled more frequently than before.He was more active in class.He often communicated with others and helped others. Everything became to go well. One day a note appeared on my desk.It was from him.He said on the note:”Thank you so much my beloved teacher.Once in a while.I felt disappointed about everything.I was discouraged.The sky in my heart is dark.What you said and what you did inspired me greatly.It is just like the sunlight through my heart.From that day on.I decided to change myself and renew myself. It is you make me completely changed. Thank you again from my deep heart.” Before reading the note,I really didn’t realize what I did had so much effect on him.I just thought I did what I should do.Being a qualified teacher.We should love all the students.Because they are all angels when they were born.</p><p class="ql-block"> 我将和你们分享我的一次教学经历，我现在任课于高一年级。有个学生叫明。他平时话不多。但他非常的努力。在我的课堂上，他上课认真听讲，笔记也做得非常好。但当我课上提问或者考试的时候，结果总是差强人意。在课上我已经很关注他的学习了但仍然没什么进步。我在其他学生身上适用的方法在他那里效果甚微。我突然想到因材施教，根据个体差异原则采用不同的学习方法。我决定认真地和他谈一谈，直击他的内心。从对话中我发现他和父母关系有点紧张，以至于他不能全心全意地投入到学习中去。原来就是原因啊!根据他的个性特点，我给了他一些建议。同时结合他的身心特点我不仅关心他的学习，还关心他的日常生活。鼓励他不但要好好学习还要对积极地面对生活。一段时间后，我发现明真的有很大的改变。他比以前更爱笑了，上课比以前更积极了。和别人交流多了。也变得爱帮助他人了。一切都往好的方面发展。有一天我的座子上有个小纸条，我打开一看是他写的。他写道“谢谢你我敬爱的老师。曾经一度我对什么都提不起兴趣，我对任何事度感到气馁。在我心中天空的云彩都是暗淡的。你对我的所说所行深深地鼓舞了我，那是穿越我心中的的一道温暖的阳光。从那时候起，我决定从新改变自己。都是您的功劳，再一次谢谢您。”我真的没想到我做的一些小事会对他产生这么大的影响。我认为我只是做了我想做和应该做得。我们应该爱护所有的学生，他们本来就是落入凡间的小天使。</p> part 4 <p class="ql-block"> From then on,I paid more attention to the individual differences.According to the differences among the students,we deal with the problems in different ways to make our work more effective.</p><p class="ql-block"> 从那以后，我会更细心的挖掘和发现学生的个体差异，因材施教，成为更合格的教师。</p>
