此次“送教入门”工作学校派出李彦彦、王景瑶、王亚君、朱玉莹四位责任心强,思想、业务水平较高且实践经验比较丰富的教师,将知识和温暖一同送给残疾学生,在几位教师的引导下,拨一拨、画一画、数一数,学生在欢乐中认识数字、绘画物体,脸上洋溢着开心的笑容,或许不会给学生带来巨大的变化,但是能让他感受到被人关怀的温暖。几位老师也在此次工作中有所成长,认识到针对特殊儿童要设计更加有趣且生动的学习活动,并在谈话中要更加注重学生的心理辅导,够放松对陌生人的抵触心理,建立自信心快乐开心的成长。
