font-size: 22px;"> 黄石水库位于湖南省常德市桃源县黄石镇的沅水一级支流白洋河上,距常德市55KM,1958年开始修，建成于1960年,工程由大坝、溢洪道、泻洪洞、引水系统、电站厂房组成,大坝主坝为心墙坝,坝顶高程945米,最大坝高405米,坝顶长219米,顶宽59米,该水库集水面积5522万亩,总库容量6亿3立方米。以发电为主,兼有防洪、灌溉、水产养殖和航运等各种作用。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 22px;
