transform: rotateZ(0deg); text-align: center;"><font color="#ffffff">简介</font></p></section></section><p style="margin-right:auto;width:4em;margin-top:-20px;margin-left:-10px;"></p> <h5> 任保平，男，汉族，中共党员，曾任兴义市黄草街道办事处原教育总支书记、中心校校长、教育辅导站站长；兴义市向阳路小学原校长。获全国教育系统先进工作者、贵州省劳动模范、贵州省特级教师、贵州省教育名师、贵州省优秀人大代表、贵州省名师工作室主持人、贵州省十佳少先队志愿辅导员等称号。<br> 从教42年来，任保平一直坚守教育一线，兢兢业业，孜孜追求于教育园地，留下了一串串坚实的脚印。他构建的“任保平名师工作室建设的探究与实践”七类工作模式，成为贵州省名师工作室建设的典型。他思想超前，贴近时代，找准扶贫必先扶智的工作主线，利用省级名师工作室作为研修平台，率先开展教育精准扶贫工作。他关爱青年教师，坚持为教师的成长穿针引线，打造教学明星，培养培训了多名青年骨干教师。他还撰写了多部论文与专著，对教师更好开展教学科研起到指导作用。</h5>
