I’m Xia Zhiqiu from Changqing No.1 middle school Fularji District.Today, my topic is The Most Beautiful Meeting.</p><p class="ql-block ql-indent-1">大家好,我是来自富区长青一中的夏志秋,今天我演讲的题目是《最美的遇见》。</p><p class="ql-block"><br></p> Part one 回顾过去 <p class="ql-block ql-indent-1">I close my eyes, and the years of teaching come back to me vividly. Once some bitter hot, once some sour also feel like yesterday's wind and snow.Now for me, the harvest is full of sunshine and happiness. </p><p class="ql-block ql-indent-1"><span style="font-size: 18px;">闭上眼睛,几年的教学过往历历在目。曾有的苦辣,曾有的酸涩亦如昨日的风雪,而经历历练的我,收获亦如今日的初霁。</span></p><p class="ql-block ql-indent-1">When I started my teaching career, I felt proud, nervous and enthusiastic. Looking at these young students who are just feeling their youth,I was proud that I could guide their souls and teach them the knowledge to solve their problems. Passion has filled my heart! I thought that I could shorten the distance with my children by being young. I could make the children learn better by rigorous lesson preparation, and I could accept the new education reform faster because I just came out of the campus.</p><p class="ql-block ql-indent-1">刚刚走上教师的岗位时,胸中涌动着自豪,紧张和无比的热情。看着这些刚刚感知自己青春的少年们,自豪自己可以引导他们的灵魂,传授他们解决问题的知识。热情已经充满了我的胸怀!以为凭着自己的年轻完全可以缩短和孩子们的距离,以为凭着自己严谨的备课可以让孩子们学习更扎实,以为凭着自己刚出校园对新教改可以接受更快。 </p><p class="ql-block ql-indent-1">Hovever, everything did not seem to be as imagined. Some students were a lack of , some had less interest in English.What's worse, even some individual students quietly slipped away from me. A frustration of failure set in.</p><p class="ql-block ql-indent-1">可是一切仿佛并不和想象的一样。有些学生开始注意力不集中,有些学生对英语没有兴趣,个别学生见了我,悄悄的从旁边溜走。一种失败的沮丧油然而生。</p><p class="ql-block"><br></p> <p class="ql-block ql-indent-1">I was anxious to seek the method to solve the problems, and realized that teachers are not scholars, but artists. How to teach them knowledge ? How to turn boring lessons into wonderful ones? Maybe I should prepare lessons from the students' point of view to attract their attention and arouse their interest. </p><p class="ql-block"><br></p><p class="ql-block ql-indent-1">我苦苦思索,明白了教师不是学者,而是艺术家。怎么把自己懂的知识传授给学生,怎么能吸引他们的注意力,引发他们的兴趣,才是我每天备课的关键!</p> Part two 立足现在 <p class="ql-block ql-indent-1">Yes, everything has changed.The students are heard to call out at the beginning of class: Good morning,teacher! I see the trust my students have in me! </p><p class="ql-block ql-indent-1"><span style="font-size: 18px;">听到孩子们上课前以异乎寻常的大声道着:Good morning,teacher!我看到孩子们对我的信任!</span></p> <p class="ql-block ql-indent-1">On duty report before class, I give it to my lovely students, and let them develop their imagination and creativity. </p><p class="ql-block ql-indent-1">课前的值日报告,我交给了我的可爱的孩子们,让他们去发挥想象力,创造力。</p> <p class="ql-block ql-indent-1">They act as directors, writers, actors, or anyone they like to play,whether it is a black humor, relaxing comedy, or difficult classic, fairy tales in their play. I think this is not within 40 minutes of things, instead exquisite props, serious attitude and rehearsals after class for many times make perfect performances!</p><p class="ql-block ql-indent-1">自己去当导演,去当编剧,去当演员,演任何他们想演的,无论是黑色幽默,还是轻松喜剧,甚至很难的古典剧目,经典的童话故事在他们的发挥下,栩栩如生!精美的道具,一丝不苟的态度,我想这绝不是40分钟内的东西,这些是课下要排练多次才出现的完美结晶!</p> <p class="ql-block"> My students, they are beginning to look forward to my English lessons! In the class, they become active and brave.The classes on horizontal connections.</p><p class="ql-block"> 我的孩子们,他们开始盼望上英语课了!课上的他们变得积极勇敢,课堂上注重了和其他学科的横向联系!</p> <p class="ql-block ql-indent-1"> For example, when teaching the topic “Where are you from?” I arrange homework specially .That's to introduce the style of your hometown! As we know everyone's home is his most beloved land, so the students are full of enthusiasm about the topic.In addition to the necessary sentences on the blackboard,the new words are involved when they talk about homeland.The students not only improve the oral communication ability, the biggest harvest is to learn the people and places of interest. The geography of the motherland and social customs deeply infected the hearts of the students! </p><p class="ql-block ql-indent-1">如在讲授“Where are you from?”单元时,讲的是各个国家,和你来自于哪里的句型,特意布置了作业,请那些学生说说来自于哪里,并介绍一下你家乡的风采!每个人的家乡都是自己最热爱的土地,所以学生们准备都很好,黑板上除了必要的句型外,剩下的都是谈论家乡时所涉及到的生词,学生们既锻炼了口语交际能力,还认知了大量生词,最大的收获是了解了各地的风土和名胜。祖国的地理河山,社会风俗深深的感染了孩子们的心灵!</p> <p class="ql-block ql-indent-1">The charming of a language lies not in its ability to speak, but in its ability to understand a nation's culture, customs, humanities and history.Therefore, in English teaching, I pay great attention to differences between the British and American countries and China's culture, customs, humanities and history! </p><p class="ql-block ql-indent-1">语言的魅力不在于会说,而是通过语言可以了解一个民族的文化,风俗,人文,历史。所以在英语教学中,我很注重英美国家与中国文化风俗,人文历史的迥异!</p> <p class="ql-block ql-indent-1">For example, when teaching American football and soccer, Students in groups help each other and communicate the differences and similarities between the two kinds of balls with students from the field, the number of people and the rules of the game. The purpose is to make students deeply impressed that American football is not what we call football, but rugby. At the same time, the students understand that the popularity of American football in the United States is comparable to that of NBA. Let the students have a further knowledge of the American culture.</p><p class="ql-block ql-indent-1">如在讲授American football和soccer时,和学生从场地,人数,比赛规则一起了解两种球类的不同与相同,目的在于让学生加深印象美式足球并不是我们所说的足球,而是橄榄球。也让学生了解了American football 在美国的流行程度可以和NBA相媲美。让学生对美国文化有了进一步的了解。</p><p class="ql-block"><br></p> <p class="ql-block ql-indent-1">Autonomous Cooperative Learning Method makes students learn actively and think deeply. </p><p class="ql-block ql-indent-1">自助互助型课堂模式让孩子主动学习积极思考。</p> <p class="ql-block ql-indent-1">The children have changed.I also have changed. Their on taking notes has washed away the fatigue of my lectures.</p><p class="ql-block ql-indent-1">孩子们发生了很大的变化,而我也成长了!记笔记的专注洗去了我讲课的疲劳!</p><p class="ql-block"><br></p> Part three 展望未来 <p class="ql-block ql-indent-1"> So what is education about on earth?
