<p class="ql-block">Take the limit one more time, never Giving up😁 为艰难的跋涉之旅留下纪念。</p><p class="ql-block"> Mount Saint Helens 圣海伦火山1980年五月爆发后，海拔8363英尺，2549米高。</p><p class="ql-block">2019年秋天是沿着夏天的路线 (Ptarmigan, climbers bivouac trailhead)穿越石头阵登顶的，全程13公里，登高1400米；三月十二日我们沿着冬天的路线 ( worm flows, marble mountain trailhead) 踏雪登顶，全程走了17公里，登高1700米。</p>
