汤珂老师:如今我们每个人都在做班本化课程,我们也有意识的生成、设计、调整各种各样的课程活动,然后结果有时候会差强人意,孩子的兴趣并不是那么的强烈。但如果我们从孩子的角度出发,通过观察、调研的方式找到孩子的兴趣点和需求,就会让课程真正的有意义。
陈燕老师:在班本活动的行进中,幼儿会遇到各种突发的事件,而多数的事件与当下进行的主题是不匹配的,教师不应被固定思维框架住,要学会跟随幼儿的节奏去发散活动内容,让生成活动变得更随性、自由、广阔,让幼儿收获更多经验和体验。
