<p class="ql-block">下班路上偶遇偶像蓓蓓妈妈，看她买了奶油等材料，说也要带蓓蓓做圣诞甜品。欠欠的我准备带我热情的朵儿去凑个热闹。朵朵知道蓓蓓每天坚持读书,坚持体能训练，总想跟着一起玩，跟小偶像学习学习。苦于没有时间和机会，择日不如撞日。走起！</p> <p class="ql-block">🎅🏻Craft：Cheesecake Santa strawberry</p><p class="ql-block">圣诞老人草莓甜品</p><p class="ql-block">⭕Materials:10 Strawberries，Cream ，Icing Sugar/ Sugar powder ，Chocolate beans </p> <p class="ql-block">1. Place cream into a bowl. Add the sugar. 将奶油放进碗里,加入白砂糖。</p><p class="ql-block"><br></p><p class="ql-block">2. Beat together cream, lemon juice and sugar until creamy.</p><p class="ql-block">把奶油,柠檬汁和糖搅拌在一起.(没准备柠檬汁，用白醋代替)</p> <p class="ql-block">3.Beat with an electric mixer until the cheesecake mixture is light and smooth. 用电动搅拌器搅拌,直到芝士蛋糕混合物变轻和光滑。</p><p class="ql-block">4. Transfer into a piping bag with a star tip.转移到带有星形尖端的管道袋中。</p> <p class="ql-block">5. Cut the tops off the strawberries and discard. Cut the lower third off the strawberry. Slice off small end of strawberry to make hat.切下草莓的顶部并丢弃,把草莓的下三分之一切下来，把草莓的小头切下来当做帽子。</p><p class="ql-block">6. Turn the strawberry upside down and squeeze out the cream on the strawberry to make head and white beard.把草莓翻过来,把奶油混合物放在草莓上当做头和白胡须。</p> <p class="ql-block">7. Replace hat on top and put in place. 把草莓小帽子放在上面。</p><p class="ql-block">8. Repeat with remaining strawberries. 剩下的草莓重复上述步骤。</p> <p class="ql-block">9. Pipe the small ball on top of Santa’s hat and two white s on his red coat.点小圆点在圣诞老人帽子上，在他的红外套上点两个白色纽扣。</p> <p class="ql-block">中途发生了点小插曲，化解的过程值得记录一下:</p><p class="ql-block">蓓蓓妈妈给每个小朋友分了一根巧克力棒，准备做圣诞老人的眼睛时使用。蓓蓓发现朵朵的巧克力有个小缺口（实际是浇灌的气孔)，跟她妈妈说:朵朵先吃巧克力了！</p><p class="ql-block">朵朵:我没有！</p><p class="ql-block">蓓蓓:你撒谎！</p><p class="ql-block">朵朵:我没撒谎。（觉得很委屈）</p><p class="ql-block">朵朵妈妈:（我站到宝贝身边，抚摸她的肩膀)我相信你没偷吃，宝贝。I believe in you .</p><p class="ql-block">此时，蓓蓓妈妈堪比教科书式的引导上场了。她先看了下那个巧克力的小洞洞，然后用英语跟蓓蓓解释，这是制作过程中正常出现的洞洞，然后自己拿出一块新的巧克力，咬了一口，给两个宝贝看，被咬过的巧克力应该是什么样子。然后对朵朵说，阿姨相信你没有偷吃。又给每个宝贝切了小小一块巧克力分享，与宝贝们击掌🖐🏻表示误会已经圆满解决。Give me five!两个宝贝都开心了。</p><p class="ql-block"> 一件小小的事，反应出养育的艺术，没有粗暴解决简单处之，也没有绝对的对错，而是和谐的解决了小小的误会。👍🏻</p><p class="ql-block">（分享的巧克力是抹茶味的，抹茶怎么说？马上俩妈查起来，居然是green tea ,哈哈哈😁😁）</p> <p class="ql-block">10. On each strawberry, make 2 dots for eyes. 每个草莓用两个圆点作眼睛。</p><p class="ql-block"><br></p> <p class="ql-block">11.
