书中分析到,学生在学习过程中,有时候表现为“虚假学习和浅表学习”,浅表学习好理解,但对“虚假学习”这个概念,我倒是觉得有意思。所谓“虚假学习”,用陈博士的话说,就是“假装学习”,实际上根本没有真正进入学习状态。这种类型的学生,会采用各种伪装的方式来蒙蔽老师,进而逃避学习。仔细观察,他们可能会表现得非常遵守纪律,比如坐姿非常端正,对老师察言观色,高度配合,紧跟老师的步调,不会对老师的教学进度造成任何的干扰,他们还会存在假装写字,假装读课文,不懂装懂等一系列自我伪装的行为表现。
虽然之前我也有发现孩子在假装学习,但从没对假装学习者有过深入的思考。今天读了这一段,彻底明白了是怎么回事。
陈静静博士说,学困生在学习的过程当中,基本会经历这样的蜕变历程:投入学习——遇到困难——发求救信号——无回味——完成学习任务——收到负面评价——失去信心——放弃。心理学家卡尔罗杰斯将这些学生称为课堂上的“观光者”。
因为无法深刻理解学生的学习,教师往往忽略课堂上常常出现的虚假学习与浅表学习。因为教师对学生观察与关注不够,学生的困难无法及时解决,导致学困生的产生。作为老师,我们只有积极去深入观察学生的学习情况,发现并体会他们遇到的学习困难,才能去解决这些困难。这也是为什么陈老师一开始就告诉我们磨刀不误砍柴工这个道理的原因。从目的出发,以需求为导向,为了学生在每节课堂都能学到知识,观察与研究是完成教学改进和突破的重要方法。
