(2)中枢神经发育不良:人类的语言中枢神经广泛分布在前庭及中枢神经、当孩子的前庭觉、平衡觉和触觉各不同区域出现失调后,会造成构音系统的神经统合严重失调或发育迟缓,严重影响孩子的正常发音,从而出现不同程度的语言发展障碍。不过,无法发音并非孩子的智力有问题,相反,这些孩子在其他领城,如动作发展、认知理解能力、社会情感、注意力、自理能力等都发展得较为正常,所以容易被忽视。
(3)缺乏语言环境:生活环境语言缺乏,孩子严重缺乏语言学习和锻炼的机会,导致孩子不会说话,如狼孩的故事。父母应为孩子多提供语言环境,并给予科学的语言训练,早早激发孩子的语言学习,以免影响孩子的发展。
(4)智力精神发展存在障碍:如自闭症、智障孩子,他们到底什么时候能说话就很难说。国际对自闭症患儿研究显示,经训练的患儿50%有终生失语的危险,所以父母应尽早带孩子去医院检查诊断,确诊后立刻进行训练。一般情况下,6岁前的孩子通过科学训练,能很快恢复语言功能,但6岁以后开始训练所产生的效果就会大打折扣。
