2020年11月27日下午，陇西一中学术报告厅里座无虚席，群情激动。期待已久的陇西一中“工行杯”英语演讲比赛决赛在这里隆重举行。

经过高一级各班班内海选和初赛激烈的角逐，13名选手脱颖而出，参加了这次英语演讲比赛。

陇西一中党委书记张万吉，中国工商银行陇西支行副行长陈智，陇西一中副校长卢双平，陇西一中副校长王耀文，政教处主任郑庆忠，高一级级主任兼教务处副主任许锴明，高一级级主任赵建民出席了本次演讲比赛。

本次演讲比赛由中国工商银行陇西县支行提供赞助，由高一级英语备课组精心筹划，活动旨在激发学生英语学习热情，提高英语学习技能，展现我校学生的精神风貌和靓丽风采。本次演讲比赛初赛主题为（四选一）：

决赛的主题为“While Young, Try Our Best”（青春年华，奋力拼搏）。

16点10分，主持人尉洋洋 王睿在欢快热烈的出场音乐中闪亮登场。

比赛开始前，陇西一中英语教研组组长梁思敏公布了本次英语演讲赛的比赛规则，选手们需在比赛中做3分钟的主旨演讲，然后就提问嘉宾提出的问题做1分钟的即兴演讲。

康慧，罗彩玲，王凤霞，张爱霞，王莉莉五位老师担任本次演讲比赛的提问嘉宾（question master），张玮，魏玉娟，史秀英，韩大军，雷碧如，梁思敏，蒋文娟，王凯瑞，杨利文，潘凯娟等10位老师担任评委。

1号选手：

自我介绍：
漆彦，高一（1）班。将“要向一颗微不足道的星星学习：可以微弱，但要有光。”视作人生格言。欣逢盛世，我正在追梦的道路上奋力前行，不遗余力，方可不留遗憾，如此一来，才能不负盛世。
Make"Learn from a star of little importance: be weak, but have light" as life motto. In the prosperous times, I am striving forward on the road of pursuing my dream, sparing no effort, just can't leave no regrets, so that I can live up to the prosperous times.

演讲大意：

"Man has no greater enemies than himself.”please set long term goals and do small actions every day towards them.Possibly there will be barriers for you. The biggest one is you think you have time. Time is free but it's priceless. Time flies, but you are the pilot.

你之所以感到迷茫，是因为没有明确的目标。因此，你应该树立一个长期目标并为之付出行动。人生从来都不是一帆风顺的。人生路上你会遇到许多障碍。你认为有足够多时间就是一个最大的障碍。时光一去不复返，这就要求你克服懒惰，战胜自我。

2号选手：姚龙飞

自我介绍

来自一班的姚龙飞是一个极度理性思维的青年。特殊的体型是他的标签，但这不能掩盖他是一个热血青年的事实。他总相信每个人都会在困境后如凤凰般涅槃，重生！

Yao Longfei,a youth with extremely rational thought,comes from Class One.Special figure is his label,but that couldn’t cover up the truth that he is a young blood.He always believe everyone will be raised like a phoenix after go through the difficulties.

演讲大意：

Why should we try our best while young? As Ebbinghaus says, human's ability to study is like parabola.It keeps increasing till it reaches the max when youth and then begins to reduce till it dies. So, youth is very previous.But how to try your best? Just listen to the voice coming from the bottom of your hearts and follow it firmly.Stick to your dreams,stand up every time you failed and move towards your dream!
为什么要趁年轻拼尽全力？正如艾宾浩斯所说，人的学习能力就像抛物线。它不断增加，直到青年时达到最大值，然后开始减少，直至死亡。所以，青春很宝贵。但是如何尽自己最大的努力呢？倾听来自内心深处的声音，坚定地去追求。坚持你的梦想，每次失败都能坚强地站起来，朝着你的梦想前进！

3号选手 何颖轩

自我介绍

我来自陇西一中高一（16）班。每个人身上都有一个太阳，都能发光发亮，而属于我的发光点就是我的性格，开朗、好强。生活明朗，万物可爱，人间值得，未来可期，我已准备好用热情与爱迎接之后的每一个挑战，因为我相信，我可以展翅高飞！

I come from Class 16, Grade one, Longxi No.1 High School. Everyone has a sun which can shine and my shining point is my personality, cheerful, competitive. In my eyes,life is bright and everything is lovely, the world is worth living and the future can be expectable. I am ready to meet every challenge with passion and love because I believe that I can fly!

演讲大意：

Youth is full of passion, curiosity and rich imagination, youth is brave and hard work.Qu Yuan's youth in the cave to study the "Book of Songs"contributed to the birth of "Li SAO".Deng Yaping loved playing table tennis as a child but was rejected by others because of her short height.But she never gave up and hard training made her finally achieve a lot.We are so young and we are living in the ever best era in history, so dream high,keep disciplined and persistent,our dream will come true.Try our best while young!

青春是激情四射、是好奇和丰富的想象力，青春更是勇敢和拼搏。屈原少年时洞中苦读《诗经》，促成了《离骚》的诞生。邓亚萍从小酷爱打乒乓球，因为个子矮被人拒之门外。但她从未放弃，辛苦的训练使她一路披荆斩棘，终究成就了自己。我们正青春，且生活在历史上最好的时代，只要志存高远、保持自律并持之以恒，梦想就一定能实现。

4号选手：张子天

自我介绍
来自陇西一中高一（1）班，2020年度“陇西县优秀共青团员”。
生活准则：认认真真做人，踏踏实实做事。

最大特点：勇于拼搏，吃苦耐劳，不怕困难，热心公益。

座右铭：心有猛虎,细嗅蔷薇。
From Class 1, Senior One of Longxi No.1 High School, "Excellent Communist Youth League Member of Longxi County" in 2020. Life Rule: Be a devoted man do things devotedly.
The biggest characteristics: courageous to struggle, hard-working, fearless of difficulties, warm-hearted for public welfare.
Motto: Tiger in heart, rose in nose.

演讲大意：
Believe in yourself. If you can dream it, then you can believe it. If you believe it, then you can achieve it. Although it might not happen straight away. It may take you longer than you expect.

什么是青春与梦想？如何去做？要学会冒险、学会行动、学会相信自己。

5号选手：张越

自我介绍

来自陇西县第一中学高一10班。平时我喜欢做一些与英语有关的事情，比如听英语歌曲和看英语电影。
In my spare time，I like to do something related to English, such as listening to English songs and watching English movies.

喜欢开国领袖毛泽东对青少年的定义，“青年人朝气蓬勃，正在兴旺时期，好像早晨八九点钟的太阳。”此次参加英语演讲比赛,希望大家都能喜欢并支持我。谢谢！
I like our great founder Mao Zedong's definition of youth, "young people are vigorous and flourishing, like the sun at eight or nine o 'clock in the morning.”This time I take part in this English speech contest，I hope everyone will like and support me.Thank you!

演讲大意：

“如果你有一个小时空闲时间，你会怎么做？”这样一个看似简单的问题引发人们对个人人生的思考。毛泽东的名言唤起我们对年轻的认识。趁年少气盛，努力拼搏吧！

"If you had an hour to spare, what would you do?" Such a seemingly simple question causes people to think deeply about their life. Mao Zedong's famous words arouse our awareness of youth. Take advantage of the young spirit to work hard !

6号选手：齐高阳

自我介绍

我是一名学习一般，相貌一般，体格一般的内向学生。我沉着冷静，友善、喜欢唱歌交朋友。在今后的学习生活中，我们要团结一致，努力学习，为自己的未来打下坚实的基础，大家一起努力吧！

I am an introverted student with general study , general appearance and general physique .I am calm , kind and easy to get along with .I like singing.In the future study and life ,we should unite and work hard to lay a solid foundation for our future .let’s work hard together .

演讲大意：

Blind and deaf, Helen Keller lived life as unfair as it could be. But she didn't let it get to her. With her unyielding faith and perseverance, she succeeded. As a child, the scientist Hawking didn't seem to have a strong learning ability, and his classmates laughed at him. At the age of thirteen, Hawking discovered his interest in physics and began his real scientific exploration.

The above two stories tell us: while we are young try the best and adhere to the last, while we are young, we are willing to leave our truggling footprints here.

海伦·凯勒双目失明、两耳失聪，生活对她的不公平可谓到了极致。但她并没有因此而气垒，凭着永不言弃的信念和坚持不懈的意志成功了。科学家霍金小时候的学习能力似乎并不强，同学们把他当成嘲笑的对象。在十三岁时，霍金发现自己对物理学方面的研究非常有兴趣，从此，霍金开始了真正的科学探索。

以上两则故事告诉我们：趁我们年轻的时候努力拼搏，坚持到最后，趁我们还年轻，我们愿意在这留下自己的永恒。

7号选手：陈星宇

自我介绍

来自陇西一中高一（1）班。爱好广泛，譬如读书、钢琴、旅游、当然演讲也不在例外。热爱生活，还热爱学习，尽管学习很痛苦，但“纵然虐我千百遍，我仍待学习如初恋”！
I have a wide range of hobbies, such as reading, piano, travel, and speaking for sure. I love life and love learningas well. Although learning is painful, but "even though I have been abused thousands of times, I still need to learn like my first love"!

演讲大意：

Now，I'm in my youth，we are in our youths. Why should we try our best to do whatever we want in youths? If we choose a life of leisure at our best age,we will have to make up the time we waste with our whole life.

现在，我还年轻，我们还年轻。我们为什么要尽力而为？
如果我们在最好的年龄选择休闲的生活，我们将不得不弥补我们一生浪费的时间。

比赛现场紧张而有序，为活跃气氛，备课组还特地在演讲过程中设计了串场节目，杨洁琼，程睿哲和张子天同学为大家带来了两首动听的英文歌曲。美妙的歌声，悠扬的旋律震撼全场，让现场气氛瞬间轻快活跃起来。

8号选手：田豆

自我介绍

陇西一中2020届高一一班，喜欢打乒乓球，听英文歌，是一名正在为所憧憬的一切努力着的少年，向往北上广名校的同时，也为进入一个更好的学习平台而深感幸运，座右铭：求知若饥，虚心若愚！

I like playing table tennis and listening to English songs. I am working hard for what I am looking forward to. While longing for famous schools in Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou, I feel very lucky to enter our school to learn here. My motto is: thirsty for knowledge, modest as a fool!

演讲大意：

Youth, what a splendid painting, let’s pick our brushes and draw a beautiful sun for our best age! Cause we are energetic, dynamic and powerful. So we are going to learn more, experience more and feel more. That's us, that's youth!

青春，多么壮丽的画作，让我们一同拿起手中的画笔，为我们最好的年华画上一个完美的太阳！因为我们如此朝气蓬勃，我们正青春！正因如此，我们将会学到更多，经历更多并且感受更多。这就是我们，这就是青春！

9号选手：尉洋洋

自我介绍

陇西县第一中学2020级高一（1）班学生。平时喜欢读诗，尤喜欢屈原的楚辞和李白的唐诗。除此之外还喜欢二胡和武术。人缘也不错，比较合群，喜欢参加各类活动来锻炼自己。
I like reading poetry, especially the Quyuan's "chu ci"Li bai's poetry and I like playing Erhu and practise martial arts at my leisure.I laso like participating in various activities at school to improve myself. I'm easy-going and very popular among students.

演讲大意：

No one wants to be an ordinary person when they are young. They all have their dreams, which guide them to success and great.Behind you are the persons you love, those where have been hurt will become your glory, and the best gift you give your future is to struggle, to fight for a better world in your youth with hard work.

我们活着是为了什么？你把时间花在哪里，决定了你成为什么样的人。如果你发现自己的生活不够完美，那么除了自己的懒惰，你没有什么可指责的。我认为成功建立在痛苦之上！
你的理想是诗和远方的田野，你需要做的是咬紧牙关，拼尽全力，付出全部。你可以送给未来的自己唯一礼物便是你的努力奋斗和拼尽全力。

10号选手：姚梦喆

自我介绍

我来自高一（15）班，是一个善良热心的男孩。我有很多业余爱好，在我的闲暇时间，我喜欢读书、画画。我认为生活是充满希望的。“生活明朗，万物可爱。”

I'm from Class 15，a kind and warm hearted boy. I have many hobbies, I like reading and paintings in my spare time. I think life is full of hope. I believe"Sunny life is all admirable and worth-living future is expectable".

演讲大意：

We always say: “ Time and tide wait for no man.” But we never take action! We just let time flow away. So how to try our best in our life? It is a lonely, tough and long journey but I believe if you take my advice, you will succeed.

我们常说，“岁月不饶人”。但我们却从不积极行动！我们只是任岁月流逝。那么如何在日常生活中尽自己的全力呢？这将是一段漫长的旅途，但如果你听取了我的建议，你终将会成功。

11号选手：郭仪城

自我介绍

喜爱读书、踢足球，去远方。主持过实验小学“六·一”节目和巩昌中学国庆文艺汇演；参加陇西县家风诵读比赛获一等奖；作文《追梦的轮椅》获县级二等奖、《我的偶像梅西》等发表在《定西日报》。
I loves reading, playing football and going far away. I once hosted Children's Day program of experimental primary school and the National Day performance of Gongchang Middle school. He won the first prize in Longxi Family tradition recitation contest. My composition "Dream-chasing Wheelchair" won the second prize at county level, and "My idol Messi "was published in Dingxi daily.

演讲大意：

We must do something while we are young, we must try our best. If you're lying down, you need to get up. If you're running on the playground, you need to run just a little faster. If you're having a class, you need to be more attentive.You can decide what type of life you can live. Only struggling makes people young!

我们必须奋斗，趁我们年轻的时候，努力做最好的自己。如果你正在操场上跑步，则需要加快一点速度；如果你正在上课，则需要更加专心。你的奋斗，决定着你未来生活；你的奋斗，决定着你是谁。唯奋斗让我们最青春！

12号选手：王睿

自我介绍

My name is Wang Rui. I come from Class one, Grade one, Longxi No.1 High School. As for me, I am a cheerful and lively girl and I like making friends. I have many hobbies, such as playing the piano, playing Guzheng and painting as well which can make me relaxed in my spare time.
我叫王睿，来自陇西一中高一(1)班。个性开朗活泼，喜好颇多，喜欢交朋友、弹钢琴、弹古筝或者画画。这些事情可以让我在闲暇之余放松自己。

演讲大意：

Bai Yansong once said, no generation of youth is easy. Youth is used to struggle, there are still many unknown challenges and hardships ahead. Take advantage of the youth, to struggle for better desperately, to challenge your own limits.Try to make what is impossible in the eyes of others possible , the more efforts ,the more gains and the more luck you have. So set small goals and take action to make them come true!

白岩松曾经说过，没有一代青春是容易的。青春是用来奋斗的，前方还有许多未知的挑战和艰辛。趁着年轻，为了更好的拼命去奋斗，去挑战自己的极限。努力把别人眼中不可能的事情变成可能，越努力，收获越多，运气也越好。所以，设定一些小目标并采取行动去实现它们吧！

13号选手：林雨阳

自我介绍

我来自陇西一中高一（14）班，喜欢唱歌、弹琴、打篮球。我的人生格言是“人生能有几回搏，此时不搏何时搏。”我愿做一个在青春里不懈奋斗的人，去追逐属于自己的美丽人生。
I'm a class fourteen student from Longxi No.1 high school. I like playing piano, singing and playing basketball. My motto is "How many times can you struggle in life if you do not struggle now!" I would like to be a person who is struggling unremittingly for a bright life.

演讲大意：

Never forget that we have the most powerful weapon-youth! Youth is a precious gift and a golden time in our life. Therefore, just try your best to do it, try your best to do everything.Though the life will beat you anytime, you can’t give up. Then you will have a beautiful life!

永远不要忘记，我们拥有最有力的武器——青春！青春是一份珍贵的礼物，是我们生命中的黄金时光。因此，要尽最大努力去做你所能做的每一件事。尽管生活随时会打败你，但你不能放弃。这样你才会有一个美好的人生！

演讲结束后，陇西一中副校长卢双平对本次大赛做了具体而精彩的点评。首先卢校长肯定了选手们为演讲所做的充分准备和台上的精彩表现，列举了选手们在演讲中的七大亮点，并中肯地指出选手们在演讲中存在的四个方面的问题和不足。卢校长对高一级英语备课组所有老师所做的努力表示感谢！最后，卢校长衷心祝愿所有同学都能拥有更加美好的未来！

颁奖结束后，叶老师对此次演讲比赛作总结发言。首先叶老师代表高一级英语备课组感谢中国工商银行和陇西融媒体中心对本次活动的大力支持，感谢参赛选手的辛苦努力和指导老师的辛勤付出。叶老师强调，学习英语不仅是为了高考或是掌握一门语言工具，更是为我们打开了解外部世界的一扇大门，是培养双语思维、拓宽眼界、提升格局、培养国际视野的有效方法。最后，叶老师鼓励同学们趁着青春年少，奋力拼搏，谱写人生华美乐章。

本次英语演讲比赛的成功举办，给学生提供了一个交流思想和展现自我的舞台，营造了浓厚的英语学习氛围，丰富了学生的校园生活，使学生对于英语演讲和英语学习有了更加深刻的认识，对于青春与高中学习生活有了全新的思考与见解，鼓励同学们勇往直前，探索无穷的未来！
