教研活动的主体是教师,如何组织才能激发教师的参与兴趣和积极性?首先,在教研活动中应少一些管理,多一些支持,减少行政化的学习方式,改革“一言堂\"现象,树立教研是一种对话的理念,在教研活动中尝试建立“人人是主持者”的活动思路。比如,每一次活动由年级组为单位来开展,由不同的教师来主持,这样不仅可以锻炼教师的组织能力,同时也必然会促进组织者个人去进行深入的思考和规划,这过程本身就能促进教师专业水平的提升。
三、教研的过程应有的放矢。
要提高教研活动的质量和有效性,要将教研活动的方案做好做实。在活动开展之前,年级组长要提供相关资料和书籍让老师们预习,帮助老师做好专业知识的储备,以便在研讨中有话可说、有话能说和有话敢说。年级组长还要做好活动过程中的引领,做到既善于抛出话题,又善于归纳总结,让经验上升到理论层面。
四、教研结束后应及时跟进。
教研的最终目标是要让教师把学习和吸收到的先进科学的理念落实到教学行为上,这就需要在教研活动结束后还要做好对教师的跟进指导工作,使其获得思想与行动的统一,从而避免活动进行得轰轰烈烈,但在实际操作中依旧走老路的现象。

教研活动的主体是教师,如何组织才能激发教师的参与兴趣和积极性?首先,在教研活动中应少一些管理,多一些支持,减少行政化的学习方式,改革“一言堂\"现象,树立教研是一种对话的理念,在教研活动中尝试建立“人人是主持者”的活动思路。比如,每一次活动由年级组为单位来开展,由不同的教师来主持,这样不仅可以锻炼教师的组织能力,同时也必然会促进组织者个人去进行深入的思考和规划,这过程本身就能促进教师专业水平的提升。
三、教研的过程应有的放矢。
要提高教研活动的质量和有效性,要将教研活动的方案做好做实。在活动开展之前,年级组长要提供相关资料和书籍让老师们预习,帮助老师做好专业知识的储备,以便在研讨中有话可说、有话能说和有话敢说。年级组长还要做好活动过程中的引领,做到既善于抛出话题,又善于归纳总结,让经验上升到理论层面。
四、教研结束后应及时跟进。
教研的最终目标是要让教师把学习和吸收到的先进科学的理念落实到教学行为上,这就需要在教研活动结束后还要做好对教师的跟进指导工作,使其获得思想与行动的统一,从而避免活动进行得轰轰烈烈,但在实际操作中依旧走老路的现象。
