","type":1},{"audio_music_id":0,"source":0,"text":"前期工作准备:因本轮评估涉及幼儿能力发展、幼儿园课程和幼儿园环境三个方面,在开展正式评估工作之前,侯莉敏教授团队对我们参加此次工作的人员于2020年10月19~21日每晚三个小时的线上理论指导。在线上腾讯会议中,专家给我们分模块进行了各项评估工具的专项培训。由于首次接触该项工作,培训过后也是一知半解,为此我数次观看回放,初步弄清楚了评估量表的使用。
工作回顾:26号报到后,我们在祥云教育局吴玲娇老师和北京乐平基金负责人刘珂老师的组织下找到本组成员,领到幼儿评估工具:《REMA》、《情感与社会学个别测试》、《PPVT》、《EVT》、《学业语言》、《MAIN》、《亚太量表》。 第一阶段是测评幼儿发展情况,我和昆明78300幼儿园的鲁易老师、祥云县城南幼儿园的朱容安老师按专家要求进行了分工:
---老师A鲁易:负责PPVT、EVT
---老师B陈忠英:负责运动、REMA(数学)
---老师C朱容安:负责执行功能、社会情感和MAIN。为了测评的工作能顺利无误地开展,在祥云县参加测评的所有老师A、老师B和老师又C分成三组,我们先扮演老师及幼儿把REMA(数学)的短板测试A中的50个测题,短板A的一本图书,运动的四个项目结合工具进行了测试前的模拟和实操。

工作回顾:26号报到后,我们在祥云教育局吴玲娇老师和北京乐平基金负责人刘珂老师的组织下找到本组成员,领到幼儿评估工具:《REMA》、《情感与社会学个别测试》、《PPVT》、《EVT》、《学业语言》、《MAIN》、《亚太量表》。 第一阶段是测评幼儿发展情况,我和昆明78300幼儿园的鲁易老师、祥云县城南幼儿园的朱容安老师按专家要求进行了分工:

---老师B陈忠英:负责运动、REMA(数学)
---老师C朱容安:负责执行功能、社会情感和MAIN。为了测评的工作能顺利无误地开展,在祥云县参加测评的所有老师A、老师B和老师又C分成三组,我们先扮演老师及幼儿把REMA(数学)的短板测试A中的50个测题,短板A的一本图书,运动的四个项目结合工具进行了测试前的模拟和实操。
