color: rgb(57, 181, 74);"> 微刊（美篇版），是在老干部大学编印出版三集《战神金秋风韵》书画摄影作品集基础上创编的新形式，是适应时代发展、运用科技手段创建展示作品的新方式，是书画摄影爱好者原创作品学习交流的新平台。老干部大学将一如既往地为三个联办单位（海淀第二离职干部休养所、海淀区东翠路军休所、复兴路24号社区居委会），精选来稿作品，适时编辑发布，运用微刊，促进文化繁荣与发展。</b></p><p><b style="font-size: 20px;
