参与此次研修培训示范课的分别来自岳麓实验小学的程烨老师和中南大学附属小学的董建军老师。程烨老师给我们带来的《简单的分数的加减法》,程烨老师依据低年级学生年龄特点,把整个课堂分成几个闯关环节,首先教学1/8+2/8,教师为了解释算理,精心制作教具,使得算理直观形象,但为让学生弄清算理,教师还请几个学生依次对照图形说算理,培养学生说数学的能力。
接着学生自主学习,发放学习单,学生对照学习单,通过折一折,涂一涂的方法探究2/8-1/8和8/8-3/8的算理,再通过练习讨论1的变换,加深了对知识的理解。
