SLSK2 Staff Training for 2020-2021 School Year 　　 怀揣美好的憧憬，带着饱满的干劲，我们又迎来了充满希望的新学期。 With a good aspiration and full of enthusiasm, we ushered in a new semester. 　　 为更好的促进全园教职工专业化成长，提升教师专业理论水平和教育实践能力，三亚外国语学校附属第一、第二幼儿园全体教职工提前进入工作状态，开始了为期两天的开学前培训工作。 In order to promote the professional growth of the whole kindergarten staff, improve the theoretical level and educational practice ability of teachers, all the staff of SLSK&SLSK2 started the two-day job training. DAY 1 Morning 【新学期开启新征程，新目标引领新方向】 8月24日上午，海亚教育高层领导人对全体教职工介绍了新学年集团期许以及新的人事架构，帮助员工建立整体意识。 【The new semester starts a new journey, new goals lead a new direction.】 On the morning of August 24th, the senior leaders of Haiya Education introduced the group expectations of the new academic year and the new personnel structure to all the staff to help them establish the overall consciousness. 　　 随后，总园长Emily Zhao、潘园长、李园长、学术杨园长分别就2020-2021学年幼儿部员工工作要求，岗位职责进行了介绍，告知员工奖惩情况以及需要遵守的制度和流程。 Then, Emily Zhao, Director of SLSK&SLSK2，principal Pan,principal Li and principal Yang respectively introduced work requirements and job responsibilities of staff in Pre-school Department of in the academic year 2020-2021.They informed employees of rewards and punishments as well as systems and processes to be followed. 【积累经验，不断反思】 幼儿园的班主任工作看来是一件平凡的事情，但要做好却是一个复杂而灵活多样的过程。 只有广泛涉猎，博采众家之长，才能直接吸收经验，为我所用。 【Accumulate experience, reflect ceaselessly.】 Kindergarten head teacher work seems to be an ordinary thing, but how to do it well is a complex and flexible process. Only by extensive study and drawing on the strengths of all can we directly absorb experience and use it for our own benefit. 　　 短暂的休息时间过后，丁香老师和李子怡老师给所有中文教师分享了班主任工作职责、工作注意事项、家长沟通技巧以及如何统筹协调班级工作等内容。 After a short break, teacher Crystal and teacher Li shared with all the Chinese teachers about the responsibilities of the head teacher, matters needing attention in work, parents' communication skills and how to coordinate the class work. 　　 同时进行的还有Samantha老师对于全体外籍教师关于语音、阅读材料、语音评估、阅读完成目标和频率等内容进行的培训。 At the same time, teacher Samantha trained all foreign teachers on pronunciation, reading materials, pronunciation evaluation, reading completion goals and frequency, etc. Afternoon 　　【夯实基础，提升专业】 幼儿园是孩子生活与游戏的场所，卫生消毒工作是幼儿园卫生工作的重点。为了保证每一名幼儿的健康成长，幼儿园每天必须做好相应的消毒工作，从而有效地避免交叉感染，也是减少疾病和防止传染病传染的有效措施。 【Tamp the foundation, enhance the professional.】Kindergarten is the place where children live and play, and sanitation disinfection is the of kindergarten hygiene work. In order to ensure the healthy growth of every child, the kindergarten must do the disinfection work every day, so as to effectively avoid cross infection. It is also an effective measure to reduce diseases and prevent the spread of infectious diseases. 　　 通过校医操作演示，使所有保育员对卫生消毒工作了更新的认识，进一步提高了他们对消毒工作的规范性，为促进幼儿健康成长提供了有力保障。 Through the demonstration of school nurse, all nurses have a new understanding of disinfection work, further improve their standardization of disinfection work, and provide a strong guarantee for promoting the healthy growth of children. 　　 幼儿健康快乐的成长是每位家长，也是每位教师最大的心愿，幼儿园卫生保健工作是达成这一目的的重要途径。 为了增长教师的急救知识，在突发事件中能运用简单易行的急救知识进行急救，降低幼儿的伤害，我园特邀请鸿森医院擅长突发事件现场急救和协调工作的主任医师贾主任的团队给全体中外籍员工进行基本的急救常识、措施及注意事项等内容的培训。 The healthy and happy growth of children is the greatest wish of every parent and teacher, and kindergarten health care is an important way to achieve this goal. For the sake of increasing the teachers' first aid knowledge, reduce accidental injuries to children, we invited Director Jia and his team from the emergency department of Hong Sen Hospital,to train all staff on basic first aid knowledge, measures and precautions. Day 2 Morning 【为师之道，贵在学习】 为了进一步提高我园教师的专业能力，把握探究课程的推进方法，8月25日上午，学术园长Kirra围绕主题探究、环境创设、一日流程、协作备课、教学评估等方面对全园中外籍教师进行了培训。 【The most important thing for a teacher is to learn.】In order to further improve the professional competence of teachers in our kindergarten and grasp the promotion method of inquiry course, Kirra, the academic principal, conducted training for all the teachers on the morning of August 25th, ing on theme exploration, environment creation, daily process, collaborative lesson preparation, teaching evaluation and etc,. 　　 培训中，杨园长以其对课程的深入研究，用生动鲜活的实例与中外教师进行分享，给了大家强烈的感染与深深的理论引领。在一次次学习中教师们不断受到启发，更进一步了解和掌握课程的方向与目标，拓展学习视野，更新教育理念。 During the training, Principal Yang Shared with teachers about her in-depth study of the curriculum and vivid examples, giving them a strong infection and deep theoretical guidance. Afternoon 【纸上得来终觉浅，绝知此事要躬行】 经过上午一轮的头脑风暴，下午老师们以年级组为单位进行协作备课，重点围绕下月主题探究项目如何展开，开学第一周活动安排和组织这几方面。会上中外籍教师们积极发言，阐述自己的观点和看法。激烈的思想火花不断在空中碰撞。 【There is always a limit to what can be learned on paper; it must be learned through practice.】After a round of brainstorming in the morning,Teachers collaborate with each grade group to prepare lessons in the afternoon.They ing on the topic of next month to explore how to carry out the project, the activity arrangement and organization of the first week of school. At the meeting, teachers made active speeches and expounded their own views. Sparks keep coming up. 　　 为期两天的全园学习培训活动顺利收官，在新的学年里，让我们一同种下希望的种子，朝着灿烂的光景，奔腾捷进；让我们绽开最灿烂的笑容，给新的一年增添灵动的风景。 The two-day staff training has come to a successful end.
