培训虽然只有短暂两天,但内容丰富,有理论、有实践,有思考、有启发,高屋建瓴,深入浅出。专家们的讲解都十分贴题、精彩,充溢着对现代教育教学的深刻阐释,加深了我们对课程、课堂设计的理解,从而提升教师的专业素养,提高教育教学质量。
成长没有捷径,教育没有终点,教师只有不断走在学习与反思之路上,懂得自我发展,方能历久弥芳。下一步在教育教学中我将做到:
一、深入理解核心素养,深化落实课程改革。核心素养是一育人目标!学生发展核心素养指学生为了适应个人终身发展和社会发展需要的必备品德和关键能力!真正把为谁培养人,怎么培养人落到实处。
二、 进一步学习课程标准,做好信息技术新课堂设计思路,抓实计算思维,创新能力培养。
三、增强学生兴趣,开发信息校本课程。
四、以工作坊为学习平台,加强学习,提升素质;以工作室为实践平台,团结引领身边的教师,打造一支高素质专业化创新型的教师团队。
